Everything was great except We could only access the bed on one side because it was against the wall.

I like it all.

It’s a roadside motel in a sparsely populated area, but it is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

It is very clean and quiet. It is a roadside motel, so I did not expect the Hilton. The staff were great and responsive to any request. I would stay again for sure.

Outside the property looked standered. But when you walk into your room. It was very clean and looked new. It was very nice. The owner or manager and family were very kind peole.

Really friendly staff. I will stay here again because of their hospitality

Only problem was sap on our car.

For a night or two good option

This is a motel not a 5 stars hotel so we need to align expectations accordingly. The room was clean and comfortable, the owner was helpful, the price was correct compared to what was available in the area. Really no problem at all.

Staff was very helpful, quick check-in and answered the phone at midnight to help us get into the room when the key didnt work.

Toilet was too narrow to be able to wipe my butt after use. Had to grab sink to get up, maneuver out to middle of bathroom, & then wipe. There was a used bottle between mattress & headboard.

There are new owners of this hotel and they are wonderful and welcoming! They are working hard to make upgrades to all the rooms and the exterior to make the stay even better!

The bathroom in the cottage was extremely small especial where the toilet was.

New owners are doing a great job at cleaning and refreshing the cottages!! They were very attentive with any questions we had.

People were very friendly

Rooms are really small and the bed and pillows were really hard . They did get me a softer pillow. They also need to get blackout curtains if the front light is gonna be on all night long

The staff was very accommodating and we got a nice room which had two queen beds with clean bath room and parking was right across our room which was very helpful.

This spot is a diamond in the rough. The new family owners are working hard to bring this property back to form. We stayed in a double queen cabin. Very clean, new carpet, freshly painted. I spoke with 2 different people at the front desk, both were courteous and easy to speak with. When we checked out, they offered fresh coffee and breakfast even though we were right on the checkout time. We have already booked our next stay. Keep improving, you’re doing a fantastic job!!

No hot water for drinking.

Property in terrible shape. Owners dont speak much English. Broken TV, couldnt understand we needed it fixed. Bathroom smelled of urine. Bed covering had stains on the under side when turning down the sheets.

Stayed in one of the cottages. The bathroom was so small i had to sit on the toilet sideways and the smoke detector wasn't pluged in. The room was dirty although the bedding was clean thankfully. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

They said they took over a week ago. It still needs work. About every other thing needs updating. TV only had 10 channels. If anyone smokes around you, it comes right in the room. They have the kind of clientele that smokes. The main problem is the road noise. Bikers and trucks come by VERY loudly all the time. Curtains were way too see through. Bfast had bagels but no butter or cream cheese. I dont think they have run a motel before. It should be priced at half of what it is.

Small place not too confortable and the TV never worked. Not a big deal but I had never seen a room with no TV service.

It was very old and run down there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom

It wasn’t up to date the accommodations. It wasn’t horrible but not what I expected. There was no coffee on my check out .

The property/ rooms are a bit old and tired but it is also less expensive than other places The beds and bedding were quite new and comfortable The breakfast was limited

Wrong address listed here and they don’t care if u can’t find it. They expect you to call to get right address. Giving it a one star because it of that. One of the parties in my reservation ended up having to go home because she couldn’t locate it and they refused to give her money back. Good place to stay other than that just do not count on their breakfast!

Sheets had stains. Receptionist was rude. Shower was dirty. Would never stay here again.

Great location and price for skiing at Waterville, Loon or Cannon. Clean basic room that was close to Plymouth restaurants.

We stayed in a cottage. Screening was ripped, blinds inside were broken. The place REEKED of old cigarettes. Lamp shade cracked and broken, most bulbs not working, pictures on walls cracked or broken. Place in serious need of updating. Continental breakfast was a joke. 3 kinds of cereal, 3 bags of bagels, 1 tub fake butter and 1 tub cream cheese. Apple juice in fridge. On counter was 1 pack of oatmeal and a few jelly packs. No peanut butter. Also no creamers for coffee nor any options other than real sugar. There was no fresh fruit, no pastries, and no yogurt. Very disappointing. Woman who checked me in day before was same as one setting up coffee in morning. Very unfriendly didn’t even say good morning.

Small but clean and close enough to the family in Rumney. Comfortable beds. Bring your own power strip to have enough plugs.
