Overall our stay here was OK. The Hotel is old, the standard is quite low. You can tell people used to smoke here back in the days. The windows in the rooms are thin as paper, and when the wind is howling on the 11th floor, you need earbuds for the overwhelming noise level. There is a urin/mold-smell in the pool area. No changing rooms, and no bath robe or slippers is provided to take you from the room to the pool. The breakfast is actually quite good, but the dinner buffet was a big joke. Quite disgusting actually. But so are the food standard quite low in the whole of benidorm. We managed to change room after two nights (from 11th to 5th floor), but the hotel manager was obviously bothered about this, and said ”it’s not our fault it’s windy today, you should have told us earlier, and so on”. Ok señor, thank you for your help. The staircase is build in such a way so there is a hole all the way down from 11th floor to -2. And the fence is so sparce so a child can easily squeeze through. There is even a sign in the reception about this danger, but no action is taken. (The sign looks like its been hanging there for 50 years). The view is good, and the indoor pool keeps the kids busy on a rainy day. 2 minutes walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to several good indian restaurants (when you get tired of the british cusine; fries and micro-pizza.)

This should be rated as a 4 star hotel. Excelente location, incredible sea view, perfect cleanliness and the most powerful shower I've ever seen. The staff is also very gentle and helpful. I would highly recommend it and come back in the future!!

Nice quiet location but near to everything including transport. Food could be of better quality

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Bed was a bit hard for my liking, but not a major issue. Upon arrival, we were told that there was no car parking space available, but we managed to resolve the issue. Parking space was a bit tight for the size of car that we had rented and my parking ability ;-)

First time stayed there and all round good, could not fault the hotel or the staff

Pros: Excellent location with breathtaking views, friendly staff and clean rooms. Cons: The breakfast was horrendous even the cornflakes were stale. Price of drinks in the bar were ridiculous Sun loungers have seen better days Up a slight hill

Great service from front desk night manager Anthony and day manager Hani and restaurant staff Mr izhar was extremely helpful and gave me information about local shops and other attractions in the area i booked here after being in other hotel and found this extremely relaxing and pollution free ,Sunset views of the bay was breathtaking booked extra nights after initially booking for a week definitely coming back last but not the least live Spanish dancing was extremely awesome.

Views are amazing. Loved the balcony..Reception staff were great and we had a choice of rooms as the hotel was quiet at this time of year. We arrived by motorbike and the receptionist asked where we were parked and said we could park it at the hotel.

The location was on the beach looking out over lavante beach Good breakfast Easy check in and out nice quite hotel. But no English chanels on the TVS not good

My partner and I booked a 2 night stay whilst we were already in Benidorm after discovering the apartment we were sharing with family to have a pre-pissed mattress and silver fish infestation in our room, whilst we waited for this to be sorted by management I chose the benokactus hotel because it looks nice and although located in the British quarter is quite far from a lot of the really loud bars which I don’t really mind but after sleeping for a couple of nights on a grotty pissy mattress (whilst wondering if one of us rapidly developed some sort of BO problem) we both just fancied a couple of quiet nights to chill out for a bit. The hotel was clean and tidy and for a 3 star hotel you couldn’t realistically expect more than what was offered, ended up on floor 10 which was one from the top, the view would of been cracking from the window if the weather wasn’t shite. First night there was great , no noise , good rest , woke up refreshed, second night ended up getting some new neighbours who didnt quite get the concept of a night out, although they managed the get drunk and make noise part rather well, failed to grasp the “going out” part , knocked once hands were shaken and apologies made, noise continued, knocked twice , same, gave it 30 minutes , went to reception, who came up and did nothing, noise continued. Blood pressure rising I decided if I knocked again it would turn into an argument, got to sleep at 0500 , woke up later. Left and necked a couple of JD’s.

Views are amazing and property is very well located. Having the pool was great as well!

Great sea view (9th floor), renovated rooms, breakfast fine, nice dinners with lots of variation every day.

Needed somewhere to stay just for one night before joining friends and this hotel was very good. Lovely views, comfortable bed and reasonably priced. Breakfast was nice as well.

Looks like the bathroom facilities are fairly newly refurbished in the room. The showers are excellent, was awoken though by some very noisy plumbing. Soon sorted by leaving the plug in the sink which didi the job. My brother in other room didnt have this issue. All in all a good place to stay wonderful views, easy access, right on the beach. Food was as expected, good enough but lacking a certain finesse. However plenty of choice at breakfast.
