On the plus side, a very good buffet breakfast. The bathroom was clean and well stocked The bed had a large sag and furnishings overall could use a refresh. The front desk service was indifferent. The breakfast staff were hardworking and kept the area stocked and clean

Very nice room. Friendly staff. Free breakfast buffet. We had dinner with friends in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent. We had our laundry done and that was overly expensive.

Stayed here with my partner as part of a group of friends. Overall it was a nice hotel close to the center of Latina, Italy. Pros: Clean rooms with efficient air-con, access to a pool & gym, excellent assortment for breakfast, decent bar, 24hr front desk, check out is midday. Also the restaurant looked good, but we didn't eat here so can't comment on the quality. A short walk to a nearby '24hr' supermarket (handy if you have a very late arrival as we did) Cons: The woman at the front desk regularly seemed unimpressed and inconvenienced (including to our Italian friends, so it wasn't a language barrier issue), and we were provided with little information on arrival. Also we found one of our towels that had a stain/burn mark on it (not a big issue as these things happen), but when we asked for a replacement one never came. Also it can be noisy in the mornings as the sound of luggage rolling down the corridor tends to echo.

Good breakfast and gym facilities, rooms are pretty small and outdated.

Personnel at the reception desk are always very friendly and helpful, and they speak enough English to be understood. We recommend a junior room as it offers more space, but they are all on the shade side of the hotel (garden view). We had a problem with the drainage in the bathroom but we got another room without any problem. Breakfast is pretty good (croissants, different kinds of sandwiches, omelette, meat, cheese, delicious coffee, even self-made smoothies, etc.) and as far as I know is always included in the price. Two negatives point though, (1) breakfast starts at 0700h sharp, a bit late for me as I get picked up around 0720h leaving me little time to eat. (2) the hotel is about 2km away from the center, if you don't have a car, it is a 20min walk to find restaurants. There is a swimming pool at the hotel for a fee (€5 I heard). There is also the possibility to eat in the hotel at midday and in the evening. Check-out time is 1200h, but they are flexible. There is a Carrefour Express within a 2 minute walk. The hotel is approx. 12km from Latina train station and 10km from the beach. There are busses going either way but I have never used them. Recommended.

I could here my neighbor s conversation through the wall. Asked fir a map to the reception, was asked to wIt so after 20 mn went on my own to find a place to dinne. Breakfat though is original by its variety!

Last minute stay between Florence and Sorrento. Very good breakfast but rooms dated and in need of an update. Very helpful staff but in a mainly industrial area.

Overall not to bad. Need to seriously update their WiFi. Slow, would need to get login in information for each of your device and it expired after 1-3 days. If you are going to use this systems I suggest having the password last the duration of the stay. The reception staff was awesome though.

The bathroom had mold all over; ceilings and shower. It was disgusting. Wifi wasnt that good either.

The customer service from those who spoke English was absolutely great. The bed was sleep able, but average for Europe. The strangest thing is that the hotel did not have one iron. So our entire group had to wear in ironed shorts to our meetings.

I booked double room for my self and my wife but we did find our self in two single beds close to each other for the first night I did complained to the reception I they gived us other double room and he was nice with double bed not two single bed.

The town was modern, beautiful and alive with vibrant people both young and old. The hotel accommodations and the staff were all we could have asked for.
