The sheets looks like they were not cleaned from the previous stay(s). There were multiple stains and hairs on them. There were multiple stains on the floor. The remote to the tv was sticky and gross. There were multiple items under the mattress (toilet paper rolls, shampoo bottles, blood stains, food, etc). We didn't use the heat due to there being a lot of dust/debris and hair in the vent of the minisplit.

This is just a highway motel. Take Rest, shower, and move on. Nothing much was expected.

The room was big and clean other than a couple of carpet stains. There was a very slight musty odor. The bed was relatively new and comfortable but the rest of the furniture was old and drab. The place is relatively inexpensive and OK for an overnight stay, but that is all

It’s a Rodeway, and a cheap motel in Jersey City, but managing expectations the stay was ok. Room was a bit worn, but clean. You’ll need light TV to cover the traffic.
That said, desk was friendly, even calling down for Wi-Fi help and when I locked my key in my room.

The bathroom sink was slow draining. Hair dryer was not working. Cabinets were dirty. Room door was not properly sealed and as a result the room was filled with cold air. No complimentary breakfast.

There were bugs in my room and refrigerator. The rooms smelt like smoke and there was mold in their ice machine. The staff did not see a problem with anything and they were unpleasant. The manager was the worst of them all and pretty much had a "too bad" attitude towards the situation. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend it.

Average hotel room. Nothing spectacular but wasn't bad, either. Outside staircase was the only thing that made me nervous because it was raining and the steps got slippery. Overall good for the price.

Property was ok, fridge was leaking, second lock with chain was broken so I felt super unsafe, heating barely worked and I barely slept the night because of the cold. Outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, and the mattresses were filthy and tried to be covered up with white sheets. Overall, just prayed I got through the night bc of the cold and constant worry ab the second lock being broken so I could get back home the next day.

The place of the hotel is good, but de overall cleanliness is terrible... for the price youre paying its not worth it. Just pay a litte bit more and go to the Holiday inn hotel nearby.

Carpet was messy - needed to be vacuumed , towel bar had fallen off the wall, tv did not work, set up of room was poor- dresser at one end of room, closet at other end, high traffic noise. Staff was pleasant.

Overall an unimpressive stay. Relatively clean, but run down. Bathtub faucet had a drip all night. Safe was unusable. Decent location in the Heights. This would be a $70 room anywhere else, and rooms were actually cheaper in Manhattan

Pictures are not actual pictures of the room first off. The toilet was so close to the sink that you have to sit at an angle. There was no hot water our entire stay (check in Thursday and left Sunday). I would never stay there again. It’s loud and dirty and there was still has someone else’s old soap in there so you know it wasn’t cleaned properly. Never again. Over charged and not worth it

The room had been smoked in. Even after asking for a change of room, we did not get it. That was disappointing. They were courteous enough to let us check in before time.

I was assured that we had a non-smoking room, but as soon as we entered, we could smell that someone had been smoking in it. The bathtub had mold and the sink had a loose faucet. Even the phone to call the front desk didn’t work.
I got a room here because it was the cheapest option available, but this wasn’t worth the money I saved.

Not as in picture. in very poor and inconvenience area. No coffee machine in room or even in lobby. No ice machine in hotel. No housekeeping, and no towel & bed sheets change. No breakfast included. I'll never re-book in this hotel.
