Our stay as a family of 5 in 1 room was very convenient. The staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. We had no issues at all. The location was great as there was a bar/ restaurant joined to building and they were also very friendly our hire shop was on door step and so was the gondola. There was plenty of shops close by for anything needed. If we was to return to la massana we would stay here again

Very comfortable stay, the room is simple yet cozy. Bathtub a bit small, but other than that, very convenient and affordable hotel for a few nightd stay. Recommend.

Отель расположен прекрасно, прямо у подъемника и рядом 4-х звездочный отель, где и оказываются все услуги - завтрак, ресепшн, вечером бильярдик детский представления, докеры и гараж ( за плату, но дешевле городской стоянки). Но сам отель FONT очень старый, запах не выветривается, слышимость 100 процентов по всем этажам- кто встал, пошел руки помыть и тд. Да еще и с собаками пускают, это вообще ужас и по слышимости и по запаху. Так что 2 звезды и не больше ни на йоту, только совсем непритязательным людям на 2-3 дня подойдет, поскольку расположение и сервис действительно отличные. А wi-fi ловит только по утрам и днем, когда все катаются. Но опять-таки, на рецепции в соседнем здании все отлично.

Hotel situated well. For the money the rooms were basic and clean, as expected for the price. The cleaner was friendly and helpful, but due to the building not being staffed in any other way other guests were abusing the facilities (rooms). On the Friday evening beds were being dragged around the floor to allow space for bikes to be parked in their rooms, there was constant noise after 10 pm while they settled in, this lasted for and hour and a half.

Pretty disappointed. No reception lobby had to go to hotel next do. When allocated rooms they had not been cleaned. Eventually when that was sorted out was allocated a room that had no curtains and privacy was a bit of a problem plus the sun streaming in early and waking us up. The shower Curtis did not stop the water from the shower running into the bedroom. It was cheap and we got what we paid for. The next night we checked into the hotel next door no problem.

When we first arrived we were given keys to two rooms that were not made up. When we did get keys to a room we found there were no curtins on the windows this provided no probably and the sun shone in early on th morning. The entrance left. The entrance was just a foyer to a lift. Not very welcoming. We booked out the next morning and booked into the Magic Hotel next door and enjoyed our stay for th next night. Your get what you pay for and this case that would be the case. The hotel rated itself 2 I would give it a 1.

Well most likely the cheapest hotel stay Ive ever had in Europe hence the high rating. Not a very nice hotel to be honest but if you are looking for something cheap in La Massana, this one offers great value.

Be aware that there is no WiFi at the hotel during summer. We had to go to Hotel Magic Massana to book into Hotel Font and also to use the internet. Parking was possible at Magic Massana for extra 12 euros per night, a lot better than the 32 euros per night at the public car park.

This hotel was in a great location and we had great views from our hotel wondow. Maybe because it wasn't ski-season, the hotel was being managed by a different hotel about 150m away, which gave us access to discounted parking. We had no problems - getting into the building was by combination code and the room was serviced as usual. Fantastic value for money in our opinion. Found a great local bar with really cheap beer!

Supposedly non-smoking, but stinks of cig smoke.I'm more than happy to stay in hostels and cheap places, but it's misleading to call this place a hotel. Its a hostel with private bathroom. Nothing more. Right next to the ski gondola, but that's all it has going for it. Avoid this hotel.

The hotel is right next to the cable car to the Pal ski resort & just across the road from the bus stop for the other resorts of Arcalis & Arinsal, great when returning from the slopes at the end of the day. The downside is that you hear the cable car from when it starts first thing in the morning, so do not count on having any lie-ins: Sound proofing is obviously not included here, with thin walls meaning even if the cable car does not wake you, your neighbours probably will. Although the rooms are noisy and basic, they do have decent showers, reasonable beds, adequate storage and are cleaned daily. Budget a bit extra for some meals out in the evenings if you are staying half board as the food is at best basic, at worst abysmal. Morning brings the standard continental breakfast with complimentary tea, coffee, water and juice. These do not last beyond breakfast time though and must be paid for with dinner, and tea or coffee, it appears, cannot be had for love nor money. Dinner typically starts with a plate of vegetables or pasta (which once stayed on the plate even when held at 90 deg to the table!), then a meat course with choice of chips OR salad, and a piece of fruit for dessert. The hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help, but do not speak English (or French), so practice your Catalan before leaving! For all its faults, I would definitely recommend this hotel to the young & single who are looking for a cheap place to stay when not on the slopes or in the pub.
