The check-in process was a breeze. The front desk attendant was very friendly, even providing me with a free water bottle. The room was also spotless, quiet and comfortable.

I was taking my 96 year old mom with a walker to a reunion. I studied each motel to find the best accessible room with shower. I decided yours was the best. Ck in.. ask.. do we have handicap shower… yes… When we get in I see it’s a bathtub shower, but does have bars. She could not use it… so wash rag baths. She got trapped in bathroom due to it being too narrow for the walker. After I got it out she backed in every time. We managed.. so weren’t going to complain. Upon leaving I noticed the room across the hall had wheelchair logo, ours didn’t The lady at checkout asked if all was ok, so I told her we were disappointed in the accessible. She stated they only had one room and if it was already taken we couldn’t get it. I asked her why they took the reservation and that I asked when we checked in. She kept stating he was new and didn’t know what he was doing. I said we did it online… she looked at it and insisted I didn’t. I told her I had researched very hard before booking it. She kept stating we had hearing accessible. I absolutely did not appreciate her lack of customer service at all she was quite short. My itinerary does not show accessible But I know that is what I booked..

Excellent service.

The property was very clean. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. There was a minor issue (refrigerator was out) in the first room and they were nice enough to move me to another room. The pool is indoors. The hot breakfast in the morning was great!

The front desk staff - not all of them say’s Hi or Welcomes you, though those who cleans the room are awesome. The breakfast food - some of them did not taste fresh.

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here due to the easy access to my sister’s house in Georgetown as well as the downtown square and restaurants we enjoy. The room on 2nd floor was quiet with good air conditioning and comfortable king bed. Young man who checked us in was very kind and accommodating to us. We’ll be back!

Enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the breakfast in the morning to top off the good nights stay. Staff was friendly!

The room was super clean, the king bed was so comfortable! We were there in the heat and were greatly pleased that the a/c kept the room cool and comfortable. Very happy with our stay!

Close to different shops and restaurants

Front desk staff were really nice and helpful, breakfast had a decent variety of food, and hotel rooms were clean and spacious.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming; the location is ideal and is surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

We stayed for one night while visiting family on our way through town. We were more than happy with the location and quality of the hotel. We will definitely be back!

Excellent service

I didn’t even check in and they charged me for the entire reservation. I tried calling for days and had no luck getting ahold of a manager to request my reservation be cancelled. When I realized I could try messaging them to explain I had a last minute family emergency and military orders preventing me from going; their response was they would only refund me a portion of the reservation. Still can’t get ahold of someone and I’m so frustrated. Even though the site says a “no show” would only be charged the first night. Technically, that’s what this would have been. Definitely will think twice before using Expedia for travel again!
