The staff, breakfast and shared toilets and showers was nice and good standard. There were no ventilation in our room so it was very hor in the morning.

Great location, metro and railway station is within 2-3 minutes. Some minutes wall from the city centet. Clean room, friendly stuff. Good value for the monay.

The hotel has the perfect location if you arrive by train. I was not aware that there was a common bath and shower down the hall, but that was not a problem. No A/C was a surprise, too.

Four of us stayed in a room together for one night. It’s fantastic location- right outside the central train station, close to great tacos, Korean food, and softice. The room was clean, with four, perfectly comfortable twins (two of them convertible into couch chairs) and luckily, we were on the first floor (because there is no elevator.) But the best part was how great the service was. Everyone at the front desk was kind, helpful, and sweet. Definitely would stay here again.

Clean rooms, excellent staff, comfy, inexpensive and welcoming lounge bar, close to rail station and metro. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel - our first night was very nosisy but the staff were more than happy to move us.

Room and private bathroom all new and very nice. With windows open (no airconditioning) the city noise starts early (some greengrocers in the street) Location is great if you arrive from airport/train: just 100m walk from the side exit of the trainstation. Lockers in the basement if you want to leave your luggage earlier/later, I think it was 40DKK for a ‘small’ locker that fitted two carry on suitcases. Great choice as long as you don’t expect elevators or airconditioning.

Decent no frills hotel with shared bathroom option for a cheaper rate. Unfortunately, no ventilation or windows in the shower rooms resulting in moldy walls and ceilings.

The property is very good except the bathroom are shared with other guests. The toilet is not part of the room.

We stayed at Saga hotel for three nights in the beginning of July. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and close to the train station. The downside is that parts of the area of are a bit shady at night time, not a big deal though.

Great comfortable stay in a very convenient location!

Small space but comfortable. Close to the metro and to many restaurant and downtown locations. Do not believe that the hotel has an elevator so if you’re on the third floor with lots of bags, it’s a lot of work.

Our room was extremely hot as there was no AC unit. A small plug-in fan was provided, however it was not enough to keep our room cool whatsoever—even with the fan on full power in front of an open window in the evening. Given the heat, it was quite difficult to fall (or stay) asleep; we woke up in terribly sweaty condition. If you plan on staying here in the summer, beware!

A convenient place to stay, especially if you're not looking for much from your hotel room. Be warned, there is no elevator. Which would be fine since its only 4 floors, but when you find your room on the 4th and you've arrived with heavy suitcases, its not as lofty as it sounds. When we checked in, there was a strapping young lad working at front, who was very kind, but didn't even flinch to help us when he gave us the key and told us the floor. Other people in the hotel offered to help along the way, mostly as they knew the ordeal. However, that excluded, everything else was pretty great. The other receptions were more than accommodating, breakfast was always on point with plenty of choice and quick refills, and the room is exactly what you need--a good bed, TV should you choose to watch, and a good shower set to a perfect temperature. The shower curtain really wants to be close to you though. Beware of cling. Ha ha. Nevertheless, thank you for a nice stay! :)

Walkable to metro station, and good breakfast!

First and foremost, note that this property does not have an elevator and is 5 floors. Second, note that this property does not have air conditioning, and it's hot and humid in Copenhagen in summer. On the other hand, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Otherwise, this was a what you'd expect for a 2-star hotel. The room was small but not unreasonable. The bed was reasonably comfortable (though the pillows weren't), the shower and sink all worked as expected, and one of the two windows opened all the way so you could get some airflow. Only two small towels were provided but the front desk was happy to provide more. And it's one block from the main train station which is very convenient. I don't usually stay in 2 star hotels, but it was one of the only hotels left in Copenhagen the weekend we were there, and it sufficed in a pinch.

Excellent service and nice place - that would make me stay here again. HOWEVER, lugging all the suitcases up lots of stairs is a major pain.

Clean and comfortable room in a great area of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s not a lot of sound proofing between rooms, and the hallway lights don’t turn off, so the rooms could be darker at night. There is only 1 toilet and 1 shower for every 10 rooms.

Please be more loud about common and scarce WC and shower. Only 2 per floor! Also no lifts. At all.

Good location for all attractions and 1 minute walk to the underground and railway. Noisy during the night due to works in nearby streets. Breakfast had good selection.

Positive: great location, friendly staff, the property has all the basics for your stay! Rooms are basic but very comfortable, Central Station is right next to the hotel (metro or train), Tivoli is just a 5 minute walk, you have many shops, restaurants and bars super close, it’s possible to walk everywhere. Negative: The hotel doesn’t have elevator so you have to carry your bag through the stairs and it can be a bit noisy as it’s located in a busy street, also no AC if your visiting during summer, but we didn’t mind all of that. Overall, we loved the property and would definitely stay here again.

The stay was very nice and exquisite. The staff was more than willing to answer our many questions. Clean rooms, great location next to the train station and tivoli.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, it’s very clean, even the shared bathrooms.. the staff are all very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great, also kept extremely clean and consistently stocked up. Would definitely stay here again :)

The room was really small and hot Toile also very small which not suitable for large size adult Breakfast options very limited Btw there is not lift to each floor so u need to carry yr luggage up Luckily the front desk is friendly enough and also offered a table fan to help to reduce heat and stuffiness in my room Copenhagen central stn and metro is within 2 min walk There are couple of food restaurants, Chinese Thai and Japanese Walking distance to Tivoli (5 min) Hard Rock Cafe (10 min) and shopping street

Breakfast was supposed to open at 6:30 m-f but Mon was a holiday and breakfast lady refused to allow us to get a bun and lunchmeat to take away because we had to take train by 7, & refused to refund the $30 we paid for it. The desk people were kind and helpful, but don't buy the breakfast. Good location, drunks were loud all hours of the night Sat. Night. No one told them to quiet down. No elevator or air conditioning.

The location of this hotel is great. 5 min walk to central train station. The shared bathrooms were inconvenient for me, however. One morning there was vomit in the sink, which was cleaned up promptly by hotel staff. The shared showers had no water pressure this time around and may be fixed later on. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room with private bathrooms are great. The breakfast buffet is good value for Copenhagen.

The hotel was very clean and so was our room. They offer breakfast (for a price), which is a nice convenience, but there are also a lot of other food options close by. It's so close to the main transportation center and everything else is a quick 20-30 min walk. The only thing I wish they had was shampoo and conditioner.

Enjoyed the stay but there was a lot of noise from the street below all night long.

Great place to stay in the City Centre! Located right by the train station, we were walking distance to everywhere we anted to go. The staff were very friendly and nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. Note, the bathrooms are shared, and not in the rooms themselves, which was not an issue for us. Would stay here again!
