Nice Place close to the beach and easy access to all amenities

It’s very nice the hotel ..but one girl staff in the reception it’s very rude ..better to change…but the other girl she’s very good..

Bad things: Very loud after 10pm, terrible aircon, weak hotel wifi, pillows from stone (not possible to sleep in it), not very helpful staff. Good things: Location, surrounded area had everything you need.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! It's the perfect location in Larnaca city. It's barely a short walk to Finikoudes beach and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby! Breakfast was average Room was good for the price They clean it every time you request Overall it's a great place to stay if you want to explore!

Was good as befor . This is my second time here . Good confortable room and bed, nice continental breakfast choices The only problem i had that they didn t get to help us with our car problem . And other hotel front desk come into our rescue and helped to start our car . I know was not their responsibility but would have been nice to give us a hand.

The fast Wi-Fi connection was also a significant advantage, enabling me to stay connected with ease throughout my visit. In conclusion, I highly recommend Livadhiotis City Hotel to anyone planning to visit Larnaca. No parking near the hotel had to park in public car park and carry luggage. Rrom was small and no water provided fir tea or coffee although facilities were provided for this. Requested late check out as didnt check in til 11.00pm they said it was not available. Breakfast was very good and plengiful though.

Solo weekend stay in March Pros: Central location, good British-Cypriot breakfast, looks new Cons: Poor sound insulation. Can hear everything (others walking on wood floors in hallway, hair dryer in adjacent room), plus could hear street noise late into the night despite closed windows and top floor (3rd). Need to run shower for several minutes to warm up

This stay at Livadhiotis City Hotel was about my 10th. The hotel never fails to meet and exceed expectations and it starts with the friendly and helpful staff at check-in. The rooms are comfortable, a decent size, and have amenities that make the rooms a good value for the price, e.g., large TV, a sturdy safe, full bathroom with a tub, and a balcony. Rooms are kept clean. The hotel location is perfect, near great restaurants, the beach, historical attractions, and a scuba shop. The tourists can be a bit noisy, but that comes with the location, and I would not trade it for anything. To top things off, breakfast is included. I stumbled across Livadhiotis in The Lonely Planet Guide. Lucky me!

Staff are friendly and helpful when asked questions or support. Especially Dorota who was mainly the focal person on the reception supporting all the time whenever needed with a smile and willing to help. Highly recommended to stay at given its locations and cleanliness
