I thought the layout of the room was great. The amenities were nice, as well as the breakfast. It could use a little updating, but it was tidy and clean.

He shower had mop on the sides of the bath tub which was very nasty not just the the water wasn’t going down while taking a shower due the the drain not working so had to take a shower while staying in dirty water our living area was very cold call room service for assistance waited almost an hour no one came until we found the thermostat behind the bedroom door then was able to turn it down then called front desk to say never mind there were no toothpaste or tooth brushes or mouth wash to use in n the bathroom

Our a/c didn’t work, we called and mentioned that to the front office and nothing was done. The freezer kept making very loud noises in the middle of the night. It was a very spacious room and we were very lucky there was a ceiling fan

The dresser, etc. was dusty.. not wiped down.

Wonderfully warm and helpful greeting. Arrived after a 5 hour drive with 2 grandsons (6 and 4) and that greeting was very much appreciated.

Dog barking across the hall non stop and the front desk did the best they could. But when I need to work from my room thats not possible with a dog bark for hours. That affects my stay and what I paid for. Not sure why its allowed to leave pets alone in the rooms. Others are staying there that pay for peace and quiet but dont get that. So why wouldnt I get a discount for that inconvenience several days. Plus there were trash bags and empty pizza boxes sitting in the hallways on certain days and not picked up.

It was the holiday week- and one family booked one room- and had over 30 guests! From 9 am till 9pm! We had no breakfast because both mornings they were out! We couldn’t use the grills or outside amenities because of the huge party outside! Taking over both grills The pool And dining area! We called the front desk about it twice and nothing was done!

Everything perfect. There was a little sawdust behind the door but other than that nothing was off.

Lots of issues with things like dirty pillows, contamination in water at breakfast buffet. Outside areal

The front desk was super good, the buffet Thursday to Saturday very good, on Sunday the service was not the best, the room service 2 out of 5. We had to keep asking for towels, toilet paper and the garbage was never collected until the last The day I left it was at the door. I'm sorry but I don't think I'll be back. Mrs. Carmen at the buffet is super attentive and friendly.

Property is as described rooms are clean. food options are in walking distance, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with small children.

When we arrived they didn’t have my selected room type available (double bed with a couch) so they upgraded us to adjoining rooms both with a single king and couches. One of the rooms still had food in the kitchen sink and the shower was dirty with old soap.

Room was larger than we needed. Lots of space. Bed was comfortable and water was nice and hot. Staff was friendly. They were extremely busy and doing some construction but very helpful.

In serious need of some updates, and basic maintenance

We have stayed here a few times. Very clean & newly updated. Very comfortable beds. Close to shopping and dining.

Upgrades going on- going to be beautiful. No noise or inconvenience. Think our floor was already done. Bed was so comfortable!! Breakfast staff not so friendly.

They were under construction- not a huge deal to us. We checked in around 4 PM. Upon entering the room, you could tell it had just been cleaned. We had just enough time to drop our stuff off and head out to our event. We returned to the hotel around 10:45 PM. Where we discovered the toilet in our bathroom didn’t work. I called the front desk. The gentleman who answered said that he didn’t think that they had rooms within the same class that we had booked available to transfer me to. And offered a plunger. I explained that the toilet wasn’t clogged, that it simply wasn’t flushing. He brought a plunger to me anyhow. I brought the plunger back, informed him that the toilet wasn’t working and asked what the solution was, and if they could move us. I was informed that it was probably an engineering problem, and that was beyond anything he could fix. My response was.” so we’re just praying to g-d that we don’t need a bathroom?” We ended up going down to the lobby every time we had to use the bathroom. Following morning, we get up to shower and get ready to leave only to find out that there was no shower gel. Because we were only traveling for one night, we did not pack, toiletries, anticipating that they would be available as they normally are. We used the bar soap that was by the bathroom sink. 227$ for a room with no working toilet is wild. Missing soap is manageable. The response by the staff is unprofessional. I’m still waiting for the trip to be attached to my HH acct

The rooms were clean and very nice but the knobs on the bedroom ac/heat unit were gone and the AC was blasting. It was early April so didn’t need the AC on. No way to turn off. Also the hot water in the bathroom sink did not work. Ran for a long time and was still freezing cold. Took a shower and the refillable shampoo bottle and shower gel bottles were completely empty. Only had conditioner.

They are renovating rooms but nice hotel with full kitchen.We rented 1 bedroom king. bed.
