Very dirty, smells like cigarettes and faucets leak. Finger prints all over the headboard, mirrors and light switches. Would have left if there were other options, but it was late.

Everything was above and beyond what i expected

Look at the images they show of the rooms and then look at what you get. This is the biggest case of fraud and Hotels.com should remove their listing. I could not get a refund because it was a third-party rental. I slept on a blanket from my car as I did not want to sleep in the bed. Also talking to the young man running the hotel (very Nice) told me they get government aid for housing people for 30 days so their customers were questionable at best. I had to call management at 12:30 in the morning due to outside activity outside my room.

Sketchy motel our room smelled like smoke the sheets had burn holes the shower head literally sprayed water everywhere the floors seemed like they haven’t been mopped ever Our feet were black after 15 min lol let’s say you pay for what you get here

Check in on the app was 2:30, we were told check in was at 3. We waited, went back to check in and we were told the room was not ready yet for another 10 minutes. We then waited again and gave them 20 minutes. Went back and the door was locked with no one inside. More people showed up and we were all waiting outside trying to get into the little lobby. The guy comes back and apologizes and gives us our room after an hour of waiting. We go to the room and it’s DIRTY! The bathroom was DISGUSTING, pubic hairs, dirt in the tub, there were little bugs flying everywhere. The painting was peeling off everywhere. The ac unit was nasty, everything just felt gross. Location is very questionable, but I guess I’m no one to judge. Not a family place! And to top it all off I woke up with red bites on my feet and knees. Bed bugs? Not sure, but still a nasty place at that.

The hotel was very dirty the bed sheets had cigarette burns the floor looks like it wasn’t mopped in a while there was peeling paint and mold in the restroom the door knob from the restroom was falling off the towel were stained and the baseboard had mold in certain spots if it wasn’t for the office being closed and no one there I would of went somewhere else but it was 1 in the morning when I got there

worst place to stay photos shows evrything clean but when you get there is horrible, it smells smoke everywhere, homeless on the back. I do not recomend this place.

The price was best for our needs. Clean and easy to get to. Right of the FRWY.

I could not take a bath because shower thing did not work. There were heavy cigarette smokers standing around outside my room and there was yelling at night. One night a siren sounded repeatedly. I did not leave my room. There was nothing in the vending machines. What a dive.

I have stayed at the Vista Inn many times and each time I found it to be very tranquil. The Inn is always quiet and plus they have a decent cable system. In the past I was not very impressed with the front desk staff but since then they have replaced the staff. I was pleased with the gentleman that helped me at the front desk. His customer service skills were top notch and he was most accommodating. I would recommend the Vista Inn to a friend.

The place is not maintained with faucets poorly fastened to the countertop. The service is excellent though

I had reservations for four nights after relocating from the East and prior to closing on my new home. In those four days, there was no housekeeping. I didn't request service because the last thing I wanted was a "fresh" supply of towels when the set left in the room was dingy and stained. The first morning I Ubered to the nearest Walmart to buy myself new towels and wash them at the local laundry. I only chose this place because it was located between the Escrow office and my new home and I was depending on Uber to get to both places.

It was like full of homeless people very noisy. Very inconsiderate manager. Did nothing about the noise at 2:00 in the morning I would not recommend this place to anybody

I reserved a room for 4 (3kids & I) with 2 beds and we walked in room and walked right out and brought it up immediately to see if I could get a 2 bed room and an extra day at same price..which I was immediately given a new key as I walked in office which was awesome and we where put in the nicest room so far that I've seen and I was asked to please keep it clean which I did and made sure for having great service right away..it may needed a lil sweeping and some floor mopping which I bring cleaners when possible so I did my cleaning as we should in any motel..I've been here many times and this was one of the greatest service ever been.

The outside of the building looks nice and is newly painted. That’s good. But.. It appears that Live-in motel residents are also housekeepers. there was a group of the residents loitering, standing out in front of the room balconies and parking lot talking late -past 11pm. Rude.. It feels sketchy with ppl just standing around like that. it’s maybe a rehab or transition facility that the government subsidizes. Definitely don’t bring kids here.. Also, room light didn’t work, bathroom sink and shower had a moldy smell. Needs maintenance performed. I paid 100$ for a Saturday night- Next time spend an extra 30-40$ and get a better motel.

Its right by the police station

The lamb didn’t work inside the room. The bathrooms were not as clean. The walls were pretty dirty, all the on and off switch and handles and doors pretty dirty.

Everyone that worked there was extremely helpful and nice. The manager, The maintenance man, as well as the housekeeper. They went out of their way to help me. I was alone with my two young children, and they all made me feel safe. I had a really bad experience at another hotel the night before. That was really scary. I just really appreciated having the exact opposite experience at this hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

The owners were really awesome they're really nice and everything like that but they are remodeling I saw so hopefully it'll be better than what it is now of course

I think the Indian motel owners are trying to make this a better motel but the poor people residing make this a dangerous place. Even had my internet searches stalked by residents--They could follow you and hurt you.

No trash cans in the room made it difficult to dispose of our garbage.

The bed was good. The remodeling was not finished. The furniture was worn down. There was no where to hang our clothes for a week! We had to request new towels three times in one day and finally get them ourselves.

Room very poorly maintained and tv remote did not work

We stayed in Vista Inn Motel for 12 days and overall our experience was positive. All the staff members were very friendly, the property was clean. The rooms are in average condition, but they just replaced all the furtniture which helped a lot. If you don't mind a level of noise from the nearby street and looking for a budget stay, I would recommend the motel.
