We had a Graduation ceremony. Best way to get to the arena is to walk from this hotel. Parking is bad in Manchester.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I cannot complain about the place at all. The area was very quiet, which made it easier to sleep at night. I would recommend the hotel.

Overall the stay was pretty good. I thought the firmness of the bed was a bit too hard and the pillows were a bit too unsupportive. Understandably, the cost of the stay was increased due to the urban location, but there was little to no offset of amenities such as the breakfast for patrons.
The staff were exceptionally cordial and congenial, from the desk staff to the housekeepers!
One HUGE plus was the availability of the in-town shuttle!!! The driver was SUPER friendly and every time I utilized this perk, I found the conversation with him informing and extremely enjoyable!!!

I’ve stayed at this property twice to visit the SNHU campus with my kid. Both stays were excellent. The staff is helpful and goes the extra mile. The room and public areas are clean and it is convenient to things in the downtown. The Patio Restaurant is a nice bonus as it overlooks the local minor league baseball field. On one visit we caught the end of a Fisher Cats game while sitting on the patio. I will definitely stay here any time we visit our kiddo at school.

I was at the room 109 and it’s really noisy until 11pm. I believe that the hotel must let me know before gave me the room, I was there for a training and have to woke up every day early so I’m not thankful for it.

This is the only hotel I stay at in Manchester. Always feels like home. Staff is professional and caring. Rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Meals served are very good. Love the back patio overlooking the ballpark. Friendly bartender and prices are reasonable.

It was very clean and neat. The staff, in particular Ryan, (asst manager), Rylee, waitress, and Linda patio waitress were fabulous and so nice to be around. The pool and hot tub were very clean and perfect temp to enjoy. The chef is great. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We did have some issues, but they were handled with great care and kindness, thanks to Ryan.
Rylee also spoke to us and made us feel welcome. She is one of those employees that stands out and exceeds expectations with customers. The stadium is an added bonus and an asset to the hotel, although the menu is very limited. There is much room for improvement, but overall this is a very nice hotel with alot of nice employees. We had a great time and would love to return in the near future. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Awesome experience to stay at this ballpark hotel. We had no idea there was a game that night. The patio was freezing but we enjoyed a drunk and watched a few innings. Great atmosphere! Easily walkable to Elm Street and the MillYard. Breakfast was great !

We stayed four nights. On arrival, we were asked whether an every-other-night service would be okay. We agreed but then had to request that our room be serviced the third night since it had not been serviced either the first or the second night. The service only included making the bed, emptying the trash cans, and folding two used towels. Our third towel disappeared and the coffee or disposable cups were not replenished. There were a few more minor items that were odd as well.

Staff was great. The rooms need updating though. The in room chairs are old, one of the beds in my room had a half dollar sized stain on the comforter and all beds in 2 rooms had frayed up corners on all the box springs. And the mini fridge in one of my rooms wasnt working at all and they are screwed into a cabainet so maintenance couldnt easily swap it out. He had to bring up a second one and put it on the floor. The in room TVs are small. For almost $200 a night each room the rooms are pretty meh. But agin the staff is friendly and nice.

Great stay, view of baseball field ! A cold beer in the bar, and free cold water in the lobby on arrival! For weary travelers this is very satisfying. Room immaculate. Staff friendly. Price exceptional.
