We stayed only one night as we were driving from Moncton, NB back to Montreal. The Hotel room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I would say was it was a bit noisy and we believed we could hear the front door slamming as customers came in and out of the hotel.

OK hotel, for one night, property needs a major renovation.
Furniture is old, chair covering was literally falling off in our room, new hair dryer wasn’t properly attached to the wall, it actually fell into the sink!
Rooms very quiet, mattress was ok, room was quite small, AC very loud and recycles on and off so could not get a good night’s sleep.
Breakfast ok, standard free breakfast fare!
Good location for guests taking the ferry.
Very helpful front desk attendant in recommending good places to eat.
On check out found out that renovations are planned soon, no details though! These will help.

The room isn’t very clean,and it’s noisy at middle night.

The deskman was great! He told us that thw A/C wouldnt work on the floor we were on, had a look at the room and said it was fine. The place was very clean, the room was a great size, the staff from that evening through to the time we left were polite and bent over backwards to help us. It was 1 of the best stays we have had. Oh, i cannot forget about the food! The ladies dealing with breakfast were awesome! The food was hot and fresh!
Thank you for this stay and we hope to get abother stay in.

Clean, smelled good when you walked in. Room was small, had 2 beds but really should have been one bed. No strategy for pets, will put you in any room vs main floor without carpeting. Not enough bins around the property for cleaning after pets. Breakfast starts too late at 7am. Tim’s across the lot has limited hours so was closed the entire time of our stay. Gas station wasn’t open when we left at 6am. Is right next to the on ramps for the highway which was a benefit

We stayed an evening as we were returning home to Eastern Ontario after visiting the Gaspé region. The interior is a bit dated, but the exterior is quite grand when driving into the parking lot in he evening.
The room was clean. The included breakfast was decent (they had a waffle maker!). The front desk staff who greeted us in the evening was super friendly and nice - after a long drive from Cape Breton, he made us tea and was super helpful. A Tim Hortons, and ESSO.gas station were.just steps away from the front entrance (you didn't need to cross any streets), so that was super convenient.

Upon arrival the check in was very quick and got to my room fairly easy. Once in my room i found it very hot and went to turn on the A/c but wasnt working. Called the front desk and told that the 1st and 3rd floor ac was broken and that their wasnt anything they could do for us. Would of been nice to know when i check in. My 4year old and my two dogs did not sleep all nice cause they were hot

The room was good. The only exception was the consistency of the air-conditioning unit. I believe there could be some issue with the thermostat. It would be nice if the temperature was constant.

All the staff were amazing from front desk to the kitchen staff. Early morning we arrived and they allowed us to have breakfast why we waited for our room. My daughter spilled milk and cereal everywhere and the kitchen staff just said no problem and cleaned up with smiles on their faces. They were so nice to us.We had to leave in the middle of the night and Melonie really took care of us. My daughter was sick before we could drive and she provided us aid and great advice. We also were provided tea, coffee and muffins. Excellent stay. Thank you to all the staff for going beyond their duties!!

Pretty sure the room above us were traveling with their pet elephant. The stomping and slamming of doors was terrible. And the bikers out front yelling all night was also bad.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Liked that there was an elevator to assist with baggage and sore knees. Room was adequate for one night stay and breakfast was available to get you on your way.

Room was not very clean, very dated. Breakfast buffet in the morning (included in fee) was terrible. Incredibly over priced and would not go back.

The property was okay, but a few things could improvement. In the pictures online, it shows a hot tub-but it was boarded over, with tables over it. The rooms were very small and the bathroom caulking was a bit gross-moldy and separating from the wall. Needs to be redone. We were on the 3rd floor and my husband could not stand straight in the shower because the roofline was angled. Staff was friendly.
