The worst experience on hotel room . Did not even stay . Just one look and we head out the door. Smell like someone die there. Was really dirty. We got in and out .

We checked in and checked right back out. The room was infested with cockroaches. The air conditioning unit was unplugged and the prongs were black and melted like there was a fire while plugged in. My son also had booked a room here and his room was infested with roaches as well. Expedia should not suggest this hotel for any stays!

Horrible hotel, NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER! Hotel Clerk gave us a hard time and told us we only had 1 room when in fact we had 2. Hypodermic Needles everywhere in parking, Hotel was extremely run down. I highly Recommend NOT staying at this nightmare!

This is the worst room we had ever seen and stayed for one hour. Room was very dirty. Disgusted the blankets wash. He had human hair the washroom and hotel we have seen before.

Poor conditions and need a Remodelation

The 3 days stay at this hotel were terrible! Struggled with water most of the time. The water of the shower and faucet came out hot when turning on for the water to be cold. The curtains seem old and ripped and sort of burned. Kept on having trouble with the cards going in and out of the doors to get in the motel. There was only 3 to 4 channels on the T.V. The front desk switched for a different name and password for the Wi-Fi one whole day and night.

This place is so dirty I’m so disappointed because it’s nothing compare with the pictures that you see on their page I recommend do not book in this place and sadly I lost my money because after checking in I went to the room and the first thing that I saw was a cucaracha I request for another room and it was dirty than I request for my money because I’m not going to stay in a dirty place but according with the hotel policy they can’t give me my money back I was so stressed and disappointed be safe and don’t rent this hotel

Beds were comfy. Room was outdated but clean . Needs some major renovations and some TLC but for the price it was nice. Room had full fridge not a mini and actual sink and ev chargers outside The WiFi and cable need work .

The lock on the door did not lock. There was no deadbolt or anything else to lock the door. Only the card entry lock. Sheets were dirty on one bed. On the bathroom walls/door there were splats of something. You get what you pay for

Did not stay, had to get a different hotel and I’m waiting for my full refund. WiFi not available, tv not working. Terrible room.

We had 2 rooms. 1 room was ok but our room was old and dirty.

The picture looks not thing like property. This hotel makes Motel 6 look like The Ritz Carlton.

They had to move us to a different room because the shower wasn’t working and the new room they put us in had NO hot water and the room was filled with flies and roaches! The walls and floors were dirty and The reception had bad costumer service as well. I will not be coming here again.

There was no internet for the two days we stayed at this place. Reported the issue to the front desk multiple times with no use.

There was no WIFI available

Upon the the property I stumbled multiple insects that were very irritating and they bit me and my kids all over I would like a refund right now

Everything was so old bathroom door won’t close no closet to hang clothes shower was terrible no chairs to sit on

The room we stayed in had roaches and stains on the bedsheets. If you need something cheap and dont care about how clean and safe your room is then go ahead and book here. If you dont want your skin to itch after laying on the bed, then book somewhere else.

I liked that it was cheap, had a bed, a bathroom, and a door that locked, I didn't like that the bathtub was filthy and unusable because the drain was plugged The maid neglected to replenish the toilet paper on the second day I was there, and when I tried to call the front desk to get more, the phone didn't work, so I (80 years old and crippled) walked painfully with my cane to find a maid, and when I found her and asked for toilet paper, she said, "No," so I had to walk to the front desk to get toilet paper for my room. The bathtub had filth all over the bottom on the first day, and when I returned the second day, it had several inches of dirty water in it, not from me because I hadn't used it. I tried to remove a plug to let it drain, but there was no plug in it. The drain just didn't drain, or did so slowly that it took overnight. I observed a cockroach crawling across the tub also. The linoleum floor was cracked with parts missing, and there weren't enough blankets on the bed. I don't know if the TV worked because I didn't try it. I'll look for a different motel next time I'm in that area.

Felt unsafe and the room was very dirty

Property is not in a safe area and all of the pictures are outdated. The hotel itself looks old.
