It was a short but very nice stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was the best Ive ever had in my entire life. The staff held the buffé clean and put out more all the time. The beach was very close and the view there and historical it was a nice place to see. The road down to the hotell was very special so people dont come just passing through I think. The city was just around the corner and it was crowded in a lovely way. Living town. Muy bien!

Hotel staff were super friendly and their service was above most of the hotels I have ever been. Hotel location was next to old part of Tossa de Mar which is absolutelly lovely place.

This is a nice hotel, reasonably priced and is well located. It has great staff who are prepared to go the extra mile to accommodate the clients needs. It's easy to recommend it.

Friendly staff at reception. Easy to check in. Decent sized room, nice bathroom with modern walk in shower. Comfortable bed. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. Hot & cold food selection, fruit, cereal, 3 different fruit juices, bread and cakes. Nice clean pool area with easy access to the pool. Comfortable sun loungers with parasols and 3 double cabana beds. Reasonably priced drinks at the poolside bar. Will definitely look to stay here again.

A nice central hotel in Tossa de Mar. Friendly staff and overall a fine stay, I would kindly suggest, however, that the hotel do away with nickel-dime add-ons, specifically the cost of replacing pool towels (1 euro). Very good breakfast and nice vibe to the place.

The perfect place to stay. Everything you could possibly need and perfect location. Concierge was so helpful and sweet and was the rest of the staff. Breakfast was great, too Clean and comfortable

Great location near to beach and old town. Very friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds and nice breakfast. Only minor area for improvement was the very limited satellite TV in English language (2 stations) compared with large range in other languages.

Always a warm welcome from all staff who we now see as friends ❤️ Boutique feel hotel with a great bar and relaxed pool area. Rooms comfy, good bathroom with some basic toiletries, comfy bed, good AC and a fridge with 2 soft drinks and 2 water topped up daily. Exceptionally clean 👍 Breakfast had a good seelction of cereals, bread, fruits, yogs, meat and cheses. Also salads and hot options. Fresh orange not always the same, sometimes seemed watered down so not as good. Having cava is always welcomed though! 😁 Bar service friendly with an excellent choice of drinks at really good prices. Opens late morning until closing time so drinks available all day 👌

I don’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family. Fabulous location, rooms, restaurant, pool and bar. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I looked for a hotel that had parking because that had been challenging for us during our trip. I could be wrong but when we booked I am pretty sure that the description said free-self parking. That was why I booked it. When we arrived we were told on-site parking was 15 Euros a night. This soured our first impression of the hotel. I was not impressed by either of the front desk staff I dealt with during our stay, but the housekeeping and restaurant staff were wonderful.

Hotel Windsor is a great place to stay.The staff were all very helpful, our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. There was a vast choice at breakfast. The Hotel Widsor also adds a few very nice touches with a free daily beach towel swap (just a deposit requred) Free soft drinks in the mini bar in your room that were replaced daily, safety deposit box in your room (free of charge). Staff on duty 24 hrs. Overall the Hotel Windsor gets my highest recomendation, a terrific place to stay.

Clean, safe, charming hotel with the kindest staff!

Excellent hotel. I have stayed in several hotels in Tossa over the past 30 years and without doubt the revamped Windsor is the best. Professional and friendly staff, clean air conditioned comfortable rooms, great breakfast. We stayed in a top floor room with balcony overlooking the pool. The location is close to the beach and shops but we never found it noisy. Looking forward to returning soon.

Staff and service were excellent and location was great. We will definitely come back here again!

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much for them. The facilities are super and the pool and pool area are spotless. I would highly recommend Hotel Windsor to anyone visiting Tossa de Mar.

Our 3rd stay at the Windsor and another lovely time. Warm welcome from the reception team and other staff who remembered our previous visits. Quick, easy check in. 3rd floor room overlooking the pool as requested. Comfortable with a good bed and spacious balcony. Nice bathroom with rainshower option. Water and soft drinks in fridge. Room cleaned daily. Cleaning staff are amazing and always leave the room made up lovely, fresh and with clean towels if you need them. Breakfast 8am-11am with a good selection of fruit, pastries and a few cooked items. Cereal choice limited. Muesli or granola would be a good addition. Nice to see the cava is back! Pool area great. Plenty of beds. Nice bar with great drinks and cocktails. Special mention to Diego who goes over and above to make you feel at home. We will be back and would highly recommend.
