What a wonderful property! The hotel is immaculate and well appointed. Our room was very spacious and so beautifully decorated. It feels very regal! We chose the included breakfast option which I highly recommend. The perfect place to stay in Toledo.

What an amazing hotel in the most amazing little town of Toledo. If I could give more than 5 stars i would!

Pros: Excellent hotel in a good location. Exceptionally helpful staff. Good amenities in room. Cons: Only downside was the tight parking.

The hotel was wonderful and within walking distance to the main cathedral and square. Driving the small streets was a bit tricky, but there is a parking garage around the corner from the hotel.

Great property. Very convenient to all the sites of Toledo. Bar tenders/waiters were excelent.

This is a wonderful clean hotel with beautiful rooms - HOWEVER - The room advertised on Expedia is NOT the room you receive, it’s much smaller. Also this hotel only has 2 parking spots. That is not ‘parking’ to me. We stayed on a Sat night and they rented out the lobby to a function. So we couldn’t use the lobby to sit and chat with friends who we were travelling with, we couldn’t even use the elevator. The lobby was full with 200 people and very noisy. If we rent a room from your hotel we rent the lobby space also.

Little bit overrated. The lobby is amazing, but after that it's not so great. the rooms are quite small. It is a misunderstanding in a 5-star hotel to wait 2 minutes for hot water while standing in the shower in the morning. Cleanliness almost impeccable. Almost, because little things spoil the impression. The room was clean, but, for example, the bathrobe was left untouched on the armchair, as was the underwear that fell from the chair onto the floor. The sink is dirty and sticky with soap because there is nowhere to put the soap - no one thought about a soap dish. The internet works terribly. It freezes. Little things that irritate you when you've previously spent a few nights in a perfectly run, lower category, but nonetheless much better hotel. I wouldn't choose again despite its perfect location in a quiet part of the old town. for the same money in Toledo you can have something more than a beautiful, amazing lobby.

The staff was incredibly helpful in arranging an airport transfer, dining and an excellent guide. The room was gorgeous.

A lovely hotel in a great location. The staff had been very flexible leading up to our staff and were very friendly. Loved Toledo and will aim to revisit at some stage.

An exquisite property.

Very nice hotel, in the city centre and with the possibility of (public) parking 1 minute from the hotel. The personnel does not speak good English, which is surprising for a 5 star hotel in a touristic venue. It misses a bit of caring in the room maintenance (e.g. shower). Breakfast was a bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of Toledo- room was large and luxurious, very nice amenities, staff very welcoming, perfectly situated. Highly recommend!
