We arrived late after driving 14 hours from Perth due to a flight cancellation. We alerted the property and they provided us with an easy way to get our room cards after hours. We stayed a week and the entire staff was fantastic. Our room was super clean every day when we got back from our day snorkeling tours. One day- we were late for a tour and inadvertently left the room safe open. When we got back- everything in the safe was intact - much to our relief. We left a note with the manager to commend the crew that worked that day. We needed a couple of additional items for the kitchen and housekeeping was already delivering the items before we got back to the room from the front desk.

Superb place to stay in Exmouth.

We had stayed before and it did not disappoint this time, large modern comfortable room and bed, easy parking and hotel is not to far from restaurants and the main road into Exmouth, a very comfortable stay

This is a perfect location for a relaxed stay, enjoying the pool or direct access to the beach. The restaurant had a great atmosphere (especially sitting ourtside) and delicious food. All the tours you want to do will offfer a pick-up service at this hotel. Only 30 min driving distance to the airport Learmonth. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Amazing beach views from our bungalow, restaurant was top notch but pricey, but absolutely worth it! Staff were so wonderful and friendly throughout the stay. Only downfall was the hot water in the room, it quiet often would go cold then too hot, otherwise amazing, 5 stars!

Highlight of the trip. The Mantarays pool is warm and relaxing and their rooms are well equipped with everything you need to make your own food.

A great place to stay for exploring Exmouth and Ningaloo reef. Pool facilities very good, staff very professional and very friendly, dining and bar very good. Definitely recommend

The waitress in the dining room from Nova Scotia went out of her way to talk to us and make us feel welcome and help us find a nice place off site to try different coffee, etc. super friendly staff overall!

Great location on the beach with lovely views of the water and pool. The courtesy bus during the day was great but would have liked it to run in the evenings also. Would definitely stay there again.

Mantarays is a great location right by the water and walkable into Exmouth central. about 25 min. The rooms were great and the views are fantastic across the Exmouth Gulf. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Overall a really good experience. Especially service. Room was huge, just missing some decor to give it character. Need a car to get around in the evening.

The property is very centrally located, with easy access to everything. You definitely need a car in my opinion to explore the area with ease. The bathroom had a LOT of mould in the grout which could definitely do with a good soak of bleach. We ate at the restaurant and the French waitress is amazing and very friendly and helpful, the menu is very seafood orientated (understandable for the area) would have been nice to see a chicken dish or vegetarian options without cheese on there.

Staff was polite. Just need to be more approachable and less like you are bothering them. At least at the front desk… but that is a very small comment to make the service excellent.

Very clean. Laundry was right outside my door and free! Staff was nice, just need a little more polishing on customer service.

Pricey but roomy with a very comfortable bed. Inflexible on late checkout for even just 1hr.

Mantarays is a wonderful, beautiful, amazing accommodation made only more wonderful by the Ningaloo Reef. If you haven’t gone, go!

Cleaning wasn’t that great but staff were nice - prices were silly so we didn’t eat there at all

Bedding and towels were lovely. Kitchen draws, crockery could have been better. Pool area was lovely. We found hotel very noisy. Dinner was excellent food and service. Could have done with some form of shade on our balcony, could not use it till late evening for lack of shade.

Lovely location next to the beach and Marina. Was lovey to go for an early morning walk and see the sunrise. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the balcony was a nice addition. We had dinner at the restaurant. My partner thoroughly enjoyed his meal. My lamb cutlets was only half edible with a portion of the lamb being extremely tough and inedible which was a shame, considering the price. We also had breakfast here before our long drive back to Perth. Unfortunately the buffet options were all cold which didn't make it very enjoyable. There was also not a great selection of things available compared to a few places we've stayed with the same price point. The views from the restaurant are lovely though. The pool is nice,but didn't seem to be heated. The option to order drinks from there is a nice touch.

Mantarays is a great resort. Highly recommend. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus into town is very handy and a great touch being out of town a little. The view across the pool to the beach is beautiful. Our room was spacious and the staff were great in having our room ready early as we had an early flight.

Accomodation was excellent,piol is wonderful but dinner was a bit dissapointing. Service was average, and a bit sparodic, and meat dishes a nit overcooked - medium rare steaj was fully grey. But overall a pleasant nights stay.

Room was nice, I did like the surrounding the view and location the friendliness of the staff and food was excellent. Just didn’t enjoy the room shower as was difficult to get the water temperature right.
