A great stay in a convenient location! Easy access to the subway right outside of the hotel and a fantastic pizza place (Lucia) just across the street. Staff was friendly and accommodating when storing our bags both before check-in and after check-out. Overall, it was a very good stay!

This was probably my favorite place I’ve stayed in Manhattan out of the more budget-friendly options we’ve stayed in over the years. Tribeca was a good neighborhood for easy walking and access to great food. It is right around the corner from the Ghostbusters HQ. Right on a subway line that quickly takes you up to Times Square area. The actual hotel room was not as tiny as many others we’ve stayed at. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The room and bathroom were both clean. Staff was kind and helpful when we needed it.

The hotel room was comfortable, quiet and cool. I had to change to my stay and the hotel manager was able to accommodate. The restaurant downstairs was awesome. They have a happy hour and 10% off customers. This may be my go to stay when I travel to New York.

I was put in the wrong room at check in but they quickly resolved this no problem. Rooms are only cleaned every other day so towels and coffee aren’t replaced daily. They do have fresh water in the reception area though. Close to subway, but general area around is dirty and littered. Bed was comfortable and room large, but bathroom was only average with poor lighting.

Great jumping off point for families driving into the city and a subway stop right out the door. A quieter location than many. The room is fine, but could use a refresh. That being said, I would stay again. Very nice staff.

Said parking available but when we get there they made we paid not do what they said when I book it

Room key doesn’t work every time I came back. Server was not friendly as well.

Its an OK hotel, just to sleep

Good hotel. Nothing fancy, but we just needed a place to sleep and a hot shower. Great location!

this hotel is close to food, lower Manhattan, right in front of sub way.

The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. I’ve stayed in NY for many years and the front desk staff is why I will return to this hotel. 11:00 at night and he patiently helped me with the WiFi, coffee etc. so pleased by the man and woman at the front desk. I wish I knew their names but 8/16 we checked in.

Amazing everything!

At time of my stay the room was missing the garbage and recycling bins that the rooms typically have. Also there was no dresser which I noticed because I stayed here before. Really like the flavoured waters in the lobby!

The property itself was beautiful but my room had a very foul smell.

Customer service was horrible until check out when we were met by the manager. He apologized for previous staff Coffee service was supposed to start at 6am each day but it was closer to 6:30am

Great location — close to everything!!

No laundry machines but there was valet laundry service. Staff was amazing and helpful. Very close to subway and many walkable attractions and places around. No on site parking but the structure wasn't too far away. Room was clean and hotel was great

Several issues in the room, hence I would say this property is not on par with the Hilton's brand. 1) No dark out curtains in the room. If you are sensitive to light, you will wake up at sunrise 2) Toiletries (Napkins, Soaps, Conditioner etc.,) & Coffee pods were not adequate stocked up in the room hence I had to request the front desk each day to restock or have to personally go down to pick it up myself from the lobby as the frontdesk wont have any staff to send it to your room. 3) AC in the room takes several hours to bring down the temp to 65 F so you will have to leave it running all the time 4) TV in the room does not work for any streaming channels like YouTube so we could not use it at all. I reported these issues to Catherine during my stay but nothing happened so i think they're aware and do not care.

Location was great in the heart of the city

The hotel is older but clean and well-maintained. The beds are on the smaller side. We had a corner room which was roomy and didn't feel crowded with 2 "queen beds" although the beds felt small (more like a Full size). The subway (Blue Line A and C) stations are right outside your door. We used them often and ended up taking them to get on the Airtrain to JFK. This hotel location was perfect for our itinerary. Fun Fact: The Ghostbusters Firehouse is a quick 6-minute walk southwest of the hotel. So many great food finds are under between 5 and 15-minute walks. Chinatown was 13 minutes, and we felt safe walking to the hotel after a late dinner. Would stay here again!
