Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there

The rooms were damaged, dated and dirty. The bathroom was mouldy, dirty, old and damaged. It was disgusting.

My most horrible stay in more than 30 years travel!!! I’m coming regularly in this hotel and they gave me a room on top of the kitchen where air extraction causes noise and vibrations in the bead… my 1st goal when I go in an hotel is to sleep…but when I need to ask 3 times in 2h what is this mess in my room before a reaction… so before 23h15 impossible to sleep and not possible to change room…not acceptable the rent those rooms above kitchen in a 4* hotel…should be transformed in storage place!!! And breakfast under Chinese troops assaults, and too long to reload…I have the feeling the hotel management did not take in account my comments during the night or during checkout…

Wonderful hotel! My room is extremely comfortable. I have been in Italy for two weeks and I had the best night sleep ever. Their pizza is amazing too. Very nice breakfast buffet. Recommend staying here. It’s a 10 to 15 minute ride to the airport.

I booked this hotel stay through Hotels.com on June 5, 2024. The day before my reservation I got an email from hotels.com saying the hotel could not honor the reservation. I tried to call the hotel to confirm this and was told they desk was too busy to help me. This was the start of a nightmare experience. Hotels.com told me they weren't sure but thought the hotel had most likely overbooked itself. After 2.5 hours on the phone they found a very sub par hotel and made it sound like it was more expensive, it was not. I am trying to get compensation from hotels.com. If the hotel can provide any information on this situation I would be greatful.

We arrived early and had to wait til 2pm to check it once a room was available. We went to the room and it was cold. We increased the thermostat temp and waited for the room to warm up. IT DID NOT. Finally after 3 hours we called the front desk. They said they would change at the desk to a higher temp and we waited. It did not get warmer. They sent a person who knew nothing and then then decided that they would give us a couple of additional blankets to sleep with that night. Never mind that the bathroom was cold and we had to take showers before travel the next day. We went down to the front desk and the manager proceeded to tell us that they were over booked by Hotels.com and could do NOTHING to assist us, but refused to refund our money.

We didn’t have a working air conditioner in our room. They sent someone in to take a look and all he could say is yes, sorry the A/c isn’t working. They would not offer me a different room. We were sweating through the night (July summer) and didn’t get a restful sleep at all.

The hotel airport transfers operates on a set schedule and requires a reservation and for us an hour wait. 15+ minute walk to town and food. Found an amazing rake away pizza place in a neighborhood and brought back to hotel. Hotel clean and staff is helpful. Our room AC did not work. It was HOT all night. They tried to fix it. They did not offer any discount due to issue.
