Amazing three bedroom villa with private pool! Our housekeeper was amazing too! Just a block off of the main strip and a short walk to the beach!

Everything was perfect for us. Very quiet but still close to all shops. If you want to go to nice beaches you need a car. The beach that was close to the Vila was not very good. We will come back next year again.

We liked the privacy and layout of the of the villa, the opportunity to close doors in the main living area and have the air conditioner working. The pool was fabulous and the Villas location to beach and restaurants is great. Easy walk in either direction to shops and further hotels and restaurants on the beachfront.

This is not five star and also not a resort - no bar and the restaurant is a tiny casual thing that is only breakfast and lunch. (Not really a restaurant it’s just part of the lobby with a few tables and chairs. They charge for a late check out even if there is no one coming in for the room that day. They are privately owned villas that just get let out when owners aren’t there it isn’t a resort really. Staff is friendly, quality of the villas and amenities isn’t 5 stars at all. Housekeeping didn’t even come the second day

We were upgraded to a larger villa which was absolutely beautiful. In a great position in the middle of Sanur near restaurants supermarket and shopping.Wouldn’t change a thing and will definitely return to these villas

Large villa with full sized pool, great location near shops, restaurants and beach

Very big and spacious, every room had a big bathroom, clothes got washed every day by housekeeper, but didn’t like the fact that the housekeeper and the ones from the other villas came in and out as they pleased.

We stayed at Emerald Villas for a wedding and this is the first time we have ever stayed in Villas. We loved our private pool and yard area as well as the big spacious 2 bedroom villa. Our room was cleaned every day as well as our washing done. There was a big water bottle for us to use which was replaced when low, will be back

You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at Bali Emerald Villas. Our unit A2 was clean, comfortable and offered privacy. There is a daily maid who goes about her work in a quiet, professional and friendly manner. The pool man and gardener both come each day to maintain the grounds and pool. The main street and beach are only a few minutes walk from the villa. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops along the main street.

Arrived at midnight and was not put in the place we booked, beware there are three parts to Emerald Villas. After the first night we complained (although we had asked Expedia to sort) and were moved, the first villa looked the same but was old and dated, it certainly wasn't 5 star more like 3 star and was at the back on many streets which were dark, long walk to the beach. If you book then Expedia should ensure the company deliver on what you have booked. We then moved to the same style place but better furnishings and not so old. It still wasn't 5 star, 4 at the most. The maid we had was lovely and very discrete so you could get on with your holiday. It was nice coming home with clean clothes. Overall good holiday but I would be wary of the 5 star reviews, we went to Nusa Dua and the hotels there are 5 star

when we arrived we were told our room we book would not be available for a few days and were sent by taxi to Golden Villas. At first I wasn't all that pleased because all my excursions were for hotel pickup at Emerald Villas. The front desk said they would try and contact the tours and have it changed. They said they were unable to do this so I rented a scooter to travel back to Emerald Villas for pickup. The villa at Golden had three bedrooms (two locked off)living room, full kitchen with a large swimming pool. When our transfer date came we were very comfortable with our accommodations and didn't want to transfer to Emerald Villas so our maid complained to the management that they were taking her guests away. We were offered to stay. She also was able to change the hotel pickup with tour guides over the phone so we didn't have to travel to the Emerald Villas each morning of a tour. Kadek (sorry if spelt wrong) was wonderful and helped to make our vacation wonderful. Both Villas were beautiful and would stay at either again without question. Emerald has the main office and has a restaurant. Golden is more secluded and private. We were able to order from the restaurant and have delivered which was nice if needed but eating out is not a problem restaurants every where (never had a bad meal) The scooter was helpful getting around to the beach and restaurants so kept the whole time

We had a beautiful villa, quiet, in a great spot in Sanur. I would love to go again as a couple. However we have 2 young boys and they are very loud so we felt the villa was not appropriate for families as we were forever telling them to quiet down. We were only there on a quick stop, but would be a definite recommend for couples or sensible older kids etc.

Excellent 12 day stay at Emerald Villas. Our three bedroom villa was huge with lots of living space and large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Large private pool and beautiful gardens, which are tended to daily. Villa comes with own housekeeper who ensures villa is kept clean and beds and towels are changed daily, along with managing all laundry, which was fantastic and meant we came home with suitcases full of clean clothes. If you are looking for a luxury villa in a great location in Bali, this is the place to go.

Beautiful resort. Wonderful service. Landscaping is beautiful. Food from the restaurant is OK, not great, but they will serve it in your villa at no cost, which is nice. The villa is completely stocked. Mine even had a rice cooker, a juicer, and a scale in the bathroom! Each villa comes with its own maid, who will even do small amounts of laundry for you! Not beachside, which is the only drawback, but only a five minute walk from the beach. Sanur is a nice compromise between the party hardy attitude of Kuta, with its drugs, prostitution, and puking Australians, and the more remote, secluded Bali, such as Tabanan.
