Drury is the way to go!!!

The front of the hotel check in was not clear, more directional signs or an email/ text message to explain where to park and parking garage entrance tunnel and check in. This was my only complaint as it was not clear where to check in and where to go. Hotel is large with parking garage. Once we figured it out it was set up nicely with the limited space they made it fit well, we just had no idea since it was our first visit. We will stay here again.

Excellent location in proximity to NAU and downtown Flagstaff. Appreciated the attached parking garage to stay out of inclement weather. Room was spacious and comfortable. Balcony was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was well stocked and the free kick-back dinner was a surprise. Totally recommend for a visit to Flagstaff.

Nice hotel and we love the free drinks and food every evening. The coffee is very good and hot. The only thing I would suggest is putting some more shelves in the bathroom, along with a make up mirror so we can see to put on our makeup, and maybe a night light.

-shedding, old, quiet dog of $65 a night was excessive.

We had never heard of Drury Hotels before so we were delighted to find that it was very similar to Embassy Suites, with the lovely included evening snacks and drinks. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay visiting Flagstaff. Always a good time with Drury. Only suggestion is please get real butter in the mornings.

NOT SO GOOD FOR A DRURY. DRURY NORMALLY HAS HIGH STANDARDS WITH THEIR SERVICES. NO ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR 50 MINS EARLY CHECK IN. AND THE ROOMS WERE NOTHING CLOSE TO WHAT WAS BOOKED ONLINE.

Amazing! Kickback was advertised as drinks and appetizers but it was our dinner, breakfast had great options, hot tub was warm but good enough, overall a great stay and more than we were expecting!

Friendly check in. Room smelled like stinky feet - possibly due to the smelly shower curtain. Happy hour was very nice.

Stay was fantastic from getting there to checking out. The front desk gave us some dinning ideas and a map of area. I was able to check in an hour early.
Not to mention the FREE 3 adult beverages and dinner, plus breakfast the next day. Nice sitting area as well.

Great Place to stay after hiking the Grand Canyon. Within walking distance of restaurants and downtown Flagstaff, which is nice because of the limited parking downtown.

Very comfortable beds right on the canvas of NAU and it was very convenient for homecoming. The Manager happy hour was a very nice touch and we really enjoyed it.

We had a very nice day unlike a month ago. This time, the room was so much cleaner and our overall stave is so much better. I am happy we tried second stay at this hotel. I would definitely stay again. The managers were very respectful and responsive to my concern. I appreciate them listening and trying to make our stay better.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not good and was the same eggs and sausage every day. There was no cut fresh fruit. The evening snack and beverage was ok but nothing special. Food quality was poor. We have stayed here 3 times prior but not sure we would go back.

We checked in the front clerk, was not very friendly. She was rather rude and Kurt. The next day when we checked up, the front desk was very sweet and very nice. I also feel the property has gone down from the last time we stayed there when year ago, the general facility was not very clean clean but the room is very clean

As always, Drury Inn does not disappoint. The staff is fantastic! Everyone from the GM to Housekeeping goes out of their way to inquire about our stay, and take time to chat. We have stayed at Drury's across the country, and we are never disappointed. Thank you to the Drury family.

I have stayed at most of the Drury Inns in the Phoenix area. This is the first time I have stayed in Flagstaff, and this Drury Inn is just as nice as the other ones.

Just a quick overnight stay, in order to beat having to get up super early, and make the over an hour drive to Flagstaff for a surgery.
The front desk staff demonstrated a pleasant and helpful attitude. She made checking in fast, easy, and left a good feeling about staying in the hotel.
We had to leave before breakfast was served, so we've no experience there. The room, however, was clean, and comfortable.
