We enjoyed our stay 10/10 rooms were very clean and the staff was very welcoming. Outstanding service our suite was nice and big. When I say no complaints at all.
Now if you're going for an indoor pool in the Winter it's more so indoor/outdoor because they have screens from the Patio you can go to. So the pool room was very cold but the water was hot. The kids stayed in not long we were scared they’d get sick.

The room was situated all wrong with the TV right in front of the bed and chairs and couch in the other room. No place to sit. The ice machine was out of order. The restaurant was out of most of their food from very limited menu. Not as if it was following a busy weekend. This was on a Thursday. The pillows on The bed were flat and gave us both sore necks and headache. The toilet seat was broken and the floor was dirty. Not worth the ,$156 we paid. WE WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

This property absolutely is not worthy of the Hilton name. The toilet ran constantly, the bath sink faucet was very loose, the shower water pressure was non-existent, the wallpaper was peeling, there was holes in the walls, no maid service during our whole stay, and the night auditor refused to supply us with 2 extra pillows when we arrived. Our last few stays at Hilton properties have been disappointing and we definitely won't return to this hotel.

When I entered the hotel, the lobby looked very nice and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful.
When I entered my room I was surprised how run down the room was. Wallpaper hanging off the wall, carpet coming up in the corners and in the middle of the hallway. I used the bathroom shorty after and the toilet would not flush. I adjusted the float in the toilet and got it to flush. The air conditioning unit in the living room was leaking a brownish liquid and the unit in the on suite was vibrating loudly making it difficult to sleep. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable

The property was ok. If you need somewhere just to stay, it works. The bathroom still had yellow/brownish stuff around the bottom of the toilet. The carpet had a pick rip in it. There is a Keurig in the room but charge you $3 for a coffee downstairs. The breakfast was ok also. The omelet and potatoes were greasy but the pancakes were good and so was the breakfast burrito.

Housekeeping didn’t look inside the sofa bed where a dirty diaper was at when I pulled the bed out and the pool was extremely dirty at 4pm ( which was the reason why I chose the location) ,other then that, the 3 days stay was great… I will be staying again

Bathroom was the biggest issue. Not enough lighting in the bathroom! The bathtub was very slippery. Both my wife and I almost slipped inside the tub (she warned me after her shower, but it didn’t help). Prices for snack foods very expensive. $4 for a 16 oz. Coke, $9 for a pint of ice cream.

Property is more or less expected of an off airport 3 star hotel. But, as we were told, the whole Hilton computer system was down since the morning and when we were checking in around 6PM, which is 2 hours later then our planned check in time, there was a long wait at front desk, as computer was down, and guests had to fill out a paper form. Obviously, we did not get a digital key as had been requested the night before. So in short, the whole computer system was a mess, and the window AC in the room was super noisy.

Good price and location, although the exit is super busy in the afternoon. Not suitable for business traveler. My room did not have a working USB adapter (A or C) Had to charge phone from the back of tv. The bed was wonderful and the bath was remodeled. Good shower. Liked the in-room Kuerig.

The room was clean but we were not satisfied with their cleaning services. They told us that we have to request for cleaning before our room can be cleaned but they did not mention other conditions such as not leaving any personal belonging on the bed. So the beddings of one of our beds was not changed because we left one old phone on the bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the cleanness was not the best. The beds smelled like dust, and the sofa cama was terrible in an awful condition. We needed to ask for several sheets to be able to sleep, and it was terrible uncomfortable

The room needs updates to the rooms and bathrooms. Shower was horrible. Called down to replace the lightbulbs but there was only one person working. One day the kitchen closed an hour and half early one night bag then the next morning they couldn’t make my daughter pancakes because they stated the griddle has been broken for months. Definitely not 4 star quality

Staff went above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. They were all exceptionally accommodating. We encountered many delays with airport during this impromptu stay, they were so kind in helping us navigate. Every staff member that we encountered were pleasant and helpful !

Bathroom looked and felt dirty, one of the beds had some sort of stain, luckily we had another bed to use. The beds claim to be a queen, but there is not way that was a queen, at best a double. However, the biggest problem was the air condition. The halls walking to the room had us sweating and once in the room, the thermostat showed 75 degrees!! We cut on the AC and left for a few hours, came back the AC turned off and back to 75 on the thermosdat. I called the front desk and they said it is "motion sensored" and will turn on when there is movement in the room. Every 30 minutes we were up and down cutting the air back on again. The termosdat wouldnt even go below 66 to cool the room quickly. Of course there is no movement while we are sleeping so the AC was cut off all night and we kept having to get up and turn it on. Absolutley ridiculous! If you listen to any review, listen to this one and DO NOT stay here!!
