We had a nice stay in 1 BR condo for couple of nights. Everything is very close by to this condo. 2 bathrooms, pull out sofa bed and little kitchen were wonderful to have.

Loved the shower. Water hot and pressure good . Room was rather tight and bed was small ,but very clean . Refrigerator and surrounding area was a plus. Restaurant's within walking distance.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are updated and the staff is super friendly. The only thing I wish is that it was dog friendly!

Hotel was close to everything and nicely renovated and clean. Bathrooms were immaculate and it was nice to have a fridge and dishware. Bed was a little soft for my liking. Check in and out was safe and and easy. Easy free parking. I would stay here again.

Spotless rooms. Beds could be more comfortable but otherwise a very nice stay.

Since my last stay here the rooms have been very nicely renovated. My room was spotless, probably the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, and the front desk check-in was also a very clean process as well. The staff are taking cleanliness extremely seriously, and it shows and is very appreciated.

We requested a second floor and was unable to get one. In the past we have always gotten the second floor. The room was satisfying and clean. So other than not getting a second floor it was okay

The people were very nice. The grounds were clean there was a play area for the kids

We were here only one night but left promising ourselves at least a four day weekend next time!

Very good location and clean room and property. No WIFI and cell service is not great in the area, and it has an indoor pool only. Even in 100 degree heat, A/C worked great although room had a musty smell which we took care of with some Fabreeze spray.

Lovely stay. Easy check in with super friendly hostess. The bed and pillows comfortable. Loved there were two nice chairs and a sofa for relaxing. Nice area for children and 4 nice outdoor grills and picnic tables. Only complaint would be the lighting in the kitchen. Unless you are sitting at the table it's very dark. The shelf that holds the microwave is positioned such that I hit my head on it three times trying to use the kitchen sink. If you are trying to visit the entire Cape it's the perfect location being about half way from everything. There is a nice restaurant behind the hotel (which was closed for the season while we were there, late october) and a nice pub across the street that has the best hamburgers and pizza, pool tables, sports TV's and a very friendly staff. When booking your room my only advice would be make sure you ask for a parking lot room. The other rooms face a busy street and would be noisy, in my opinion. Also note, there is not a elevator to the second floor. Luckily we got a first room floor. Be specific when booking ! Also they do not offer continental breakfast but there are plenty of places nearby. Try the Pancake Man or the Piccadilly Cafe which are just a couple minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice and spacious for my family of 3, but amenities were limited, as this is more of a timeshare property versus hotel. Also, it has antiquated AC units which blew humidity into the room rather than central heat and air, so we found it difficult to get the temperature just right. Units were clean at check in, but daily cleaning service is not offered. Also, the front desk operates without use of a computer, so it was difficult booking through Expedia, as they had no record of my reservation.

Well kept inside & out. Nice location, short drive to beaches, clean & quiet! Found the staff to be friendly and helpful! My only issue was the bed was a bit hard and I wish I had brought my own pillow. I highly recommend the little pizza place next door and Jerry's Seafood (nothing fancy but the food was excellant and the price was great!!). Just a little ways down on 28! I'd definitely stay there again!

The owners were very nice and accommodating. I loved the room, especially that there were two bathrooms and it was spacious. I was very comfortable. My kids loved the pool and the jacuzzi was great. The hotel was in a great location, close to many restaurants, beaches, stores and fun activities. The only bad thing was housekeeping did not make the bed or clean thoroughly the whole 3 nights we were there which made me question how well they cleaned before we got there. I would return but would suggest they hire new housekeepers.

Wonderful property, clean and comfortable. The only negative was that the bathroom FAN was loud and it turned on WITH the bathroom light switch. Getting up at night to use the bathroom would wake everyone when the light turned on, because of the loud bathroom fan. If this can't be changed I'd suggest adding a NIGHT light to the bathroom, so that the overhead light doesn't need to be turned on during sleeping hours.

They took 2 motel rooms and made it 1 spacious rental. Makes it nice for families with children. No elevator to get to 2nd floor.

The room was in great condition, everything worked well. Air conditioning, great water pressure in the shower, refrigerator, toaster, microwave all worked perfectly. We were bringing a second blowup mattress so the space was a little bit tight. It was great that they had one dollar CDs to rent. But we weren't interested in most of the titles on the list. The swimming pool was very small and the hot tub only had bubbles from beneath, not just from the sides. We liked that it is across the street from Pirates Cove which is a great miniature golf course. Also very close to four city beaches and they give you a guest pass to go to those beaches for free. Liked the grills and picnic tables. Note that the Expedia confirmation said that checkout was at 11, and the hotel believed that it was at 10. We showed them the confirmation and they did not give us any further trouble over it.
