The reception workers are dumbass orelse rest is fine

Great hotel and room . £20 a night all inclusive. Only bad thing is the food isn't great . But for £20 I was well happy and would go back

A guy from hotel stuff constantly stared me for a day. Then he asked me come with him to reservation desk while I am chilling out at pool side. He said “we need to talk private” that made my day down. He wanted to control my resevation nevertheless the hotel badge was on my arm. After he want my ID card like a policemen then just said “ you can go” without any sorry then I moved another place next day

It was standar but nice!!! Good option if you want something near the market !! The food was lovely and the stuff really good!!! The sofa in the room is not really big !!! If you book for three people it’s perfect but for four I would suggest to book another room!! Clean room comfortable and nice bathroom !!! It’s a nice hotel to stay !!!! I would visit next year for sure !!!

Food is very very bad ( last day food was served) Very bad staff dealing Rarly they speak English My booking was prepaid and i asked to change the room for better but the rejected They also reject to refund. I am really giving a good advise when i say do not go there

The rooms in this hotel were very spacious and there was always a member of staff present even if their English was not very good. The downfall to this hotel was the all inclusive food. It was absolutely disgusting. On my first day for breakfast the fried eggs were cold and snotty, Turkish sausage was greasy and tasteless and the beans were cold. The puddings are the same at lunch and dinner every day. Very little selection and poor quality. If you stay here please go self catering as English breakfast is £2 2 doors down from the hotel.

We stayed at the Begonvillegal for the weekend, was good fun lovely pool area rooms were clean food OK staff were very nice, would we go back ...yes!!

Location was good, only thing I didn’t like was the food but other than that it was a good stay

I had read the reviews about this hotel and kept an open mind because I think people expect far too much and are quickly disappointed when it doesn't live up to their expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, a little wear and tear, but that was to be expected. The staff were very polite, friendly and made you feel welcome. The food wasn't so bad either, I loved their great selection of desserts! The pool bar and hotel lobby served local and soft drinks, free with the all inclusive, any branded drinks you had to pay for. Not a problem because you would pay for them anywhere else. The local vodka and raki were not too bad at all, I've tasted a lot worse. The wifi wasn't too good, but with free wifi and nearly everyone using it, you can't expect to get it all the time. I would advise that the management consider getting at least one elevator installed. I am moderately disabled and using the stairs put a bit of a strain on my knees. Overall, I can say I greatly enjoyed my stay and would definitely have no hesitation in visiting here again. A big thank you to all the staff there on my behalf, they all work very hard and it didn't go unnoticed.

They had stolen clothes, EVEN CHILDRENS CLOTHING! And a ring. When we told hotel staff one member was lovely and did all he could to try and help but the manager was so rude he called us liars, started shouting in the reception. When we asked which cleaners it was he said they have no cameras and no logs, but then once we had called the police the story had soon changed! If you want to keep your personal belongings avoid this hotel, food is terrible also, they don’t offer water bottles like every other hotel. Overall just terrible.

Very bad experience. this hotel not 3 start . no start at all .we arrive late .we ask for extra caver and pilot .no service. They don't likes to make your vacation comfortable we ask to change our rooms because at 4 floor no elevator very hard for older person All this is nothing special when your booking is all including and they told you no is just breakfast your email is wrong I make a long distance call to Expedia to explain the situation and they speak to them and they refuse I pay the difference after expidia told me to pay and I collect the money From them About the food is OK Similar all the time The room service is poor they don't change the covers just the towels Maybe be management they want to make this hotel bankruptcy But the location is very important for walking and chopping

Did not realise it was all inclusive. Was an establishment for young people.

My main complaint was the state of the mattress but on the day we left, new ones got delivered. Towels changed every day, room tidied. Staff friendly. Spa is used by the public which means a steady stream of people not staying at hotel. Rooms facing the pool - can be annoying with the lift music playing all day, so afternoon naps are out.
