Excellent stay! The room was comfortable and has a great view.

Had a one night stay. Our room had plenty space and full of appliances. Ate at the Resturant which the food was delicious. The hotel employees at the front desk and the Resturant host was friendly and helpful.

Week end off season, got the 2 bedrooms with mountain views. The flat was well furnished and very cosy.

Looked at some other places before I ended up booking this one but glad I did spacious room and the included private kitchenette was a plus. Did not need that but it was cool it was there. Bed was fairly comfortable And the drive down from the hotel into the city was amazing also plus plenty of parking. The towel warmer got the towels. Extremely warm, almost too much and also heated up the room. I just left the bathroom door closed and it kept it nice and toasty in there. I couldn't quite find a way how to lower down but I'm pretty sure if I contacted them and they reached out to me through WhatsApp a couple times during the stay to check in and make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend it and would go back. Hopefully I wouldn't need to and I can get a place there but if not or in the time being I would look at coming back. I see that they're doing renovation. I'm excited to see what more they have to offer

Great location and a great unit - we were a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers). The Apartment exceeded our expectations! It was well-equipped and comfortable. Everyone had a great time

Amazing views, beds are very comfortable, always hot water, front desk super helpful. We didn't got to use the sauna, but it was offered. Restaurant wasn't open, but ride to town was less than three minutes, with excellent food choices

It was a large room quite clean. It had all the right amenities. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed. There was a beautiful view and the adjacent hiking trails were marvelous

Good pool , even if it was low season a lot of people, gym wasn't big. No clening but the provided me with towles when i ask in reception. No soundproof room. Beautiful view when we upgraded.

Neither the wellness area and mini golf court nor the restaurant are open because of corona. Whilst I understand that these measures are taken, I found it not fair to not having been made aware of this during the booking process. We arrived with the anticipation of using all of the things the hotel advertises with but hardly any were available which we only found out upon check-in. Other than that, the hotel was clean, rooms nice with great view. Can’t say much more because no room service, no cleaning or proper breakfast at the restaurant was available at time of our stay.

The apartments are fully equipped and large. My only regret is that our age, this might be the last time we are able to enjoy this wonderful resort. I can't think of anything I'd want to change. The swimming pool and spa are spectacular.

Nice location, the hotel is on the top of the mountain with a nice view. Huge room. Swimming pool is a nice touch.

The hotel was in a amazing place, front to the mountain. The apartment was really big and spotless, fully equipped and very comfortable. I really want to come back again.
