The bathroom only has 2 sconces over the vanity mirror. After a 12 hour car ride i wanted to take a shower. It was difficult to see in a shower work no light shining in.

All god. The only issue was their key cards. My group booked six rooms for three nights. All of us returned to the desk over & over to get our key cards to work on our room doors. One of the rooms door wouldn’t work at all, so the hotel desk clerk had to open it for them every time, so they could get in their room.

I normally don't stay at Comfort Inn. It was the only hotel around. I have to say it was better than expected. It was clean, and everyone was friendly. The only inconvenience was that none of the ice machines on any floor worked, and when I told the front desk person about it, she said yes. I asked if she could get me some from the back or kitchen area, and she said no. Also, I left my blanket, and I called three times and every time no one has yet to call me backl

Consistent . Always stay when traveling Et 95. Easy off highway. Clean rooms. Breakfast could be better quality

Water leaks, dirty

Over night stay on the way to Myrtle Beach. It was good one last night stop

I had to get my room changed because of the smell. It smelled like sewage. I had to use my inhaler. I got my room changed for thee exact same smell. This was a horrible experience. The third floor smelled like mildew and when I got moved to the 4th floor the room smelled the exact same way. I couldn’t sleep because of being sick. This was so unacceptable. The linen had holes in it. This was a huge mistake staying here.

Rooms are clean Staff is friendly

The desk clerk had a great deal of difficulty making two working card keys. About an hour after check in, she finally got it sorted out. The room was clean and comfortable, but the rest of the property was a bit shabby. Ok for the price I guess.

I was on a 2day stay no housekeeping was done,had to take my dirty towels downstairs just to get fresh one not cool 2 lamps did not work room had a musty smell

The hotel is in need of a make over. The room and halls smell very musty and there was evidence of mold through out the room. Thankfully the AC unit was able to keep the air moving. The staff was very friendly.

They nèed different options for breakfast. And pool was closed whole entire time.

Carpeting is old and rather dirty. No Airconditioning in the halls. Rooms/carpet had a mold issue. Breakfast was good. The lady working the breakfast was FANTASTIC! She worked hard, and kept everything filled and fresh

Everything was ok, except for the handicap room I got and didn’t ask for.

We booked this location as we wanted to exercise and swim after our long ride. The exercise facility was one small machine that was broken and a stationary bike. But the room was closed as was the pool. Which looked like it needed major cleaning. They lost our reservation and had given it to another party. We arrived at 5 pm. The ceiling of the fall back room they found for us is water damaged. Expedia does not require properties to validate the property descriptions and does not do any follow up.

I had a pleasant stay but the room was moldy spots on the wall sheets where messy furniture was chiped annd cracked

It was fine, we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours, we did not get to try the breakfast, but a table and 2 chairs in the room with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine was a plus. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Exactly what we needed.

Front desk was wonderful No issues with check-in. The sheets and bed seemed clean and supportive. The room felt dirty. The furniture was banged up and worn. There was an iron burn in the carpet The hallways were humid The entire place has AC push button wall units this probably contributes to the complaints regarding the hallways. The pool was unavailable but you could go to another hotel near by to use the pool. The ceiling in the bathroom was worn. My husband found a chicken breast on the floor between the couch and the bed. It was not ours. At breakfast-7am. They ran out of food. The woman mumbled the truck did not come so there was little to no food including bread products. One lady sat down at a table and the AC started dripping on her head Breakfast felt dirty. The guest computer was not working. My husband described the place as feeling like it is one step away from being closed. No idea how it got an 8.6 rating on Expedia. We do this drive every year and really learned a lesson

Wonderful staff really nice place to stay

Nice property, friendly staff . Furniture needs updating especially the pull out sofa, the mattress was terrible, had to use extra blankets underneath the fitted sheets to minimize feeling the mattress coils. Breakfast was good!

Arrived at 3:00 p.m...check-in time. Was told a room wouldnlt be available for at least 15 minutes. Complimentary breakfast was supposed to be available starting at 6 a.m. Arrived for breakfast and the "staff" had not arrived yet. Asked the front desk for an apple and a yogurt to go. Unacceptable on both parts

Pool broken Beds uncomfortable Breakfast lacking TV limited and not working well

The staff were very friendly at the hotel. We were looking for a hotel with a good rate and we found a good rate there. We were comfortable. However upon leaving another lady told us that her brother-in-law contacted bed bugs. We were just thanking God that it was not us. Perhaps a hotel needs to do more cleaning.

The sink was clogged up and drained very slowly. Otherwise satisfactory.

Our room was very clean and neat. No problems at all. I would definitely recommend this Comfort Inn.

I've stayed in a lot of Comfort Inns, and usually they are a safe. A lot of the newer ones are really nice. Not this one. It feels old when you walk in. I checked in and went to my room and on the way noticed a lot of the room doors are all beat up, and then same with the furniture in the room. My room had a very strong, bad smell which got into my throat (like Lysol), like maybe someone smoked and they fumigated. Usually I would change rooms, but considering my overall disappoint with the place I just left and drove further north to Fayetteville. The place needs to be completely renovated, but the location and market probably won't support it. My advice is to stay in Florence or Fayetteville. I asked Expedia for a refund, the hotel denied it, and then Expedia gave me a $25 credit.
