Lovely welcoming hotel close to center of Bratislava with a good selection choice for breakfast. We took the train to Viena for the day with was easily reached by bus that stop right outside the hotel

Good hotel with very approachable staff let down by tired bedrooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very friendly, helpfull staff, a real credit to the hotel. Good lobby and breakfast room with very good array of choices a real plus. My room, which was on the 4th floor was not so good. In particular the bathroom which was in desperate need of a refurb. It was cold, had black mould at the back of the basin and the floor tiles had different shades of grouting revealing it was old and tired. There were numerous things about the bedroom that became annoying as i stayed but worst of all was the coffee machine. Yes nespresso type machine, lovely coffee, when it works, 2 broke down on me during my 5 night stay. But the hotel also supplied tea bags with the plan that if you wanted a cup of tea you used the nespresso machine to produce the hot water and then place your teabag in the cup. This just produced a ghastly coffee flavoured tea which was undrinkable ( the suggestion from one member of staff was to take your cup and teabag to the bar and they would fill it with hot water! Well-meaning but the idea of going from the 4th floor to achieve this at 6.00 in the morning when i had just woken and was in my p.j.s was really not practical (nor a sight any others would want to see) and the bar wasn't even open at that time! Why not just supply a kettle?

Hotel staff were very friendly, great location, hotel lobby, bar and restaurant very modern and nice. Rooms are a little bit dated but bathrooms are very good. Overall good stay, 4 star is right, and the price is very reasonable.

The hotel is located one street across Bratislava downtown, thus allowing access to the touristic places. Facilities are in good condition and staff is super friendly. They speak English of course. The lady at the front desk gave me my room 2 hours in advance as it was already available. Great service

Amazing! Centrally located. Easily accessible from the train station as bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and featured many options. I was very impressed with this hotel. Would stay again.

The hotel is perfectly located just outside the old part of Bratislava. Very easy accessible when arriving by car.
We had to adjacent rooms with connecting door - ideally for us as a family with two children.
The room is spacious enough not to make it feeling cramped.
The bathroom is very spacious - nothing missing there.
Breakfast is very good. A wide selection of options. Our kids loved it which is a good indication :-)

First time staying with this hotel chain and was not disappointed. The rooms were spacious and had a desk with a double bed/twin beds. The spacious bathroom had a shower in the bathtub with good water pressure and a good amount of towels provided. Shower gel and shampoo were also provided, both smelt good. There is no kettle but there is a coffee machine which required us to run a few jugs in order to rid the taste of coffee from the water.
A 15 minute taxi from the airport, the hotel is conveniently located for the old town and the castle. The castle was 10 minute walk up the hill and the city centre is really close by; walked everywhere. There is an underground tunnel on the doorstep of the hotel that makes it easier to cross the road to town.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The spa facilities were top notch. The sauna and the steam room were really good and there is even a space to relax with sun loungers indoor as well as an outdoor space with chairs. Although it’s a nude sauna, sauna cloths are provided.

The hotel has a great location and clean, nicely furnished rooms. Unfortunately for us we found the customer service lacking and felt rather unwelcome. Also the bizarre lack of privacy window between the bathroom and the bedroom doesn't work for friends sharing a room, there are some things we really don't need to see. Overall a bit of a shame as we were looking forward to our visit.

Checked in online and had a QR code to show at reception. We arrived late and were given our room key promptly by a friendly receptionist. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent value and offered a great variety - delicious waffles! They have free bottles of water by the reception which was very much appreciated in the hot weather! Our room was right next to the lift but we didn’t hear a peep from it and slept great, taking advantage of their pillow menu (anatomical pillow was perfect). Great location - always a scenic spot walk to and from the hotel. Would stay again.

The hotel is located very close to the city main attractions: the castle and the old town. The building is new and well furbiished. The bathroom was big and comfortable. There was a coffe machine, mini fridge, and water bottles as compliments.
