It's old and feels it. It's on a truck route so the room was noisy.

Does not deserve the words 'Quality' or ' International' in it's name. Very old and tied building. Facilities were hit and miss. Lack of crockery & utensils, No kitchenette space except the bathroom bench. Room not cleaned properly, and the 'international' staff' have zero idea about eco-friendly. Towels left hung were still changed over for new. Very disappointed. Only redeeming feature was that it is less than a kilometre from Dubbo Zoo.

Room dusty. Rough needs an upgrade. Noisy Double glazed widows would help no lights while climbing and deciding stairs of an evening

The bed was tilting to the side due to the springs being worn out. When we tried to turn the air con heater on it kept flashing “filter” so I gather no one had cleaned the filter on it (as it is the middle of winter and 8 degrees at the time I was not impressed) and it wouldn’t work at all until that was done so it just flashed all night. The only chair to sit on was broken in two places so you had no choice then to sit on the bad bed or the floor. In the bathroom the door stop on the back of the door dragged on the floor each time you moved the door. Overall not good at all, I will steer clear of this place and I’ll tell friends.

No running water on arrival and was not made aware of this when checking in. When the water did come back on there was no hot water until the morning. Doors would open or close properly.

People getting off Curtiousy bus very noisy and disrespectful late of a night and a staff member lied to us

No phone in my room to ring room service. For the price of the meal it was pretty underwhelming. Portion size was very small but it did taste nice. Shower curtain is useless as water was still spraying all over the floor.

The rooms were not serviced properly, we stayed 3 nights and bathroom towels were not replaced, bed not made each day, garbage not cleared. It was very average.

The staff were amazing. It was a great property with ample parking for our ute and trailer. Nice pool area, will definitely stay here again

This was my second stay here and while it was a spacious room and generally comfortable, although carpet was stained and probably due for replacing and curtains did not fully cover the window, nor are they blackout curtains. it unfortunately was near the highway again, with a lot of road noise. If planning on staying it would be wise to request a room further off the main highway

Great location for visiting Dubbo zoo. However very noisy with big trucks on the main highway into & out of town.

Great location, great hot water! In terms of building and internal fittings, this motel is getting tired.

LOVED OUR STAY

great location close to town and the zoo . Unlike other hotels in Dubbo set off the main road so it’s at night . Supplies available at reception which is very handy and backs onto the golf course you you can enjoy a drink and meal at the chinese restaurant

Staff very friendly, when asked for a downstairs room they accommodated us but the issue was Wotif had already taken our room payment and our new room was cheaper by $22 but Wotif hasn't refunded that money.

Very basic but clean & comfortable

Room was pleasant bed comfortable. Restaurant not open. We had upstairs room. Stairway was very unclean.

Great place to stay convenient location

Was staying overnight for work and found the Qulaity Inn Dubbo a very nice place to stay.

Worst motel stayed at in Dubbo and most expensive. Needs to be gutted and refitted , 100 dollar mattresses , 10 year old TVs, bathrooms from the 90s etc etc

Easy check in, lovely staff and lots of space within the room.

Very friendly Staff Clean and comfortable room

Was welcomed by smell of toxic cleaning chemicals upon opening door to room. Was unable to to leave window open to air room we went for meal as there was a sign/notice on inside of door to say that for safety of our possessions not to leave window open. So unable to air out. It was a bit concerning with that notice inside room and outside on building as well - if theft if such a concern, perhaps having security in place may be a consideration.

Was exactlyvwhat we needed. Budget price and clean.

Very happy with the room. Dinner was excellent. Staff well trained and friendly.

This was just my experience don’t let it put you off staying here as they seemed very busy so this is just my thoughts I went to check in at 545pm only to be told by the receptionist that my room had been given to someone with the same surname big fail for me -as it was school holidays there was no where else to stay so i was stuck with this. They offered me another room which was lower grade than what i had booked with other offers thrown like free breakfast or dinner - no thanks !! They gave me a partial refund .I questioned whether they could actually give me my correct room but not possible as someone was already using it - if they had given me my chosen room that would of been the best outcome but i was told no ! I stayed in a ground floor room very noisy with the main highway next to it . the room was cheaply furnished and the bed had a big lump in the middle so an uncomfortable nights sleep . The bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower along with mould.The bathroom mirror was highly damaged not sure what was going on there it had big black marks on it . This room hadn’t be cleaned for a while it seemed even the light switches were thick with filth and something was going on with the front door handle . Tv was limited to one channel ABC . so i lay in bed and listened to the people above me showering instead .I couldn’t wait to leave and i would look at other accommodation in Dubbo in future .
