Friendly, helpful staff, convenient location, decent rooms, excellent food. The reason for rating 4/5: Wi-Fi was non-existent in our first room, but room was changed, and it worked in the second room. Secondly: the curtains in both rooms were not suitable for bedrooms, shutting no light out and making sleeping quite difficult.

We had an overnight stay on our journey back home to Sweden. Fantastic room with 2 comfy double beds. Breakfast included which was ok. Hotel situated near the sea in a small town.

Nice looking hotel with private garden and parking. Comfortable cosy rooms, good breakfast, good location with the amenities of Middelfart a very short walk away. The only drawback was the rather noisy railway close by.

Great place to stay! Friendly staff, good service. Nice breakfast and afternoon tea. Only minus the WiFi connection which jumped on and off all the time.

Godt Hotel. Måske man sku' få en dedikeret plads til lastbilen der henter/aflevere sengelinned ETC til hotellet, så man ikke skal holde og vente 25 min. på at lastbilen får aflevertet/hentet sengelinned.

The stay was very pleasant during my business trip. The double bed room was tidy and comfortable, and neat. The staff were polite and helpful. They offer tea and coffee free of charge which I appreciated. The only downside I noticed was that even though I had a breakfast booked elsewhere, the breakfast buffet they had was primarily dairy/meat based, so not really great variation for plantbased meals. So I recommend letting them know in advance before going there if you're eating plant-based, I was lucky that I had breakfast somewhere else.

Old fashioned, but very excellent service. Very small rooms, English small town style, I would describe it as. :) Nice place in between everything, but surroundings is a little boring, with city surrounding, but nice grounds.

Its a good hotel situated near city center of Middelfart and a short drive from the highway crossing Fyn.Room was small, but the single bed was not all that comfortable. Breakfast was good and I would stay there again if I need a hotel for the night.

We chose this hotel as it was close to our family. The double room is smaller than what you see in the picture but overall still decent. Space is a little tight once you have your luggage opened on the floor The bed was comfortable, it was nice that the windows could be fully opened for some fresh air and the breakfast spread was good by danish standard. We would have preferred that a bathroom mat was provided for the bathroom and also if there were more hooks for the towels. But these were also typical style of danish hotels as we have noticed. Parking might be a problem sometime as we were not able to find a parking space when we came back in our car on Saturday afternoon. The front counter staff and room service staff were polite and friendly, Overall would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic every morning & staff very friendly. Ice cream machine a nice treat in the afternoon.

Everything was perfect, good location, free parking, spacious rooms, free icecream, coffee all day long, tasty breakfasts. We enjoyed our stay here!

The hotel is easy to find on the 161 with a large car park. Received a very warm welcome from receptionist who also gave us a pack of information on the area. Easy short walk into main town and old harbour area (5 mins). Slightly longer walk to the marina (15mins). We stayed in a 1st floor family room which was double aspect overlooking the main front garden and the main road. Room was relatively spacious and the glazing blocked out any noise. Although on a main road it was quiet over night as we slept with windows open as it was super hot during our visit. Double bed and sofa bed both comfortable. Walk in wet room style shower. All clean and in good condition. Very limited English on TV. Daily room service. Breakfast was good and ample with cooked options, cereals and pastries together with cold meat/cheese. Buffet style. Breakfast was busy but items were restocked. Did not eat at hotel but food looked OK buffet style. During our visit there were substantial works underway creating a most impressive glazed space. The works did not distract from our enjoyment, in fact it gave us something to consider with how efficiently and quickly jobs were completed. Bar was quiet and a little dark. Real plus point is the free tea, coffee and hot chocolate all day long together with an ice cream machine and fruit basket. Free cakes served in the afternoon in the bar. We enjoyed sitting out in the garden. Ground floor rooms have direct access. Great value hotel.

Nice hotel, placed close to the center of Middelfart.

Nice large room (family room, double bed with sofa bed). The double bed was actually just two single beds moved together, and if you ended up in the middle, the beds actually slipped apart (happened during night). Perhaps an improvement would be to attach them to each other to prevent this from happening. Unfortunately our room were placed just over the kitchen, so the kitchen ventilation made a very annoying sound until around 2130 which made it very hard for our kids to fall asleep. Staff were friendly when we complained and offered another room in another building. Trains passing rather frequent outside the hotel rather close, so if you are sensitive to sounds perhaps you should look elsewhere. Breakfast ok and the free ice cream was appreciated.
