It was very close to bus and train station and was very convenient. With convenience store, restaurant nearby, everything was close by and really easy to find food. Property was clean. Only thing I wanted was the window to be able to open. Besides that it was good hotel to stay overall.

Limited laundry machine which are combine for washing & drying is not efficient. There are guests who did not attended their washing which prevent other people from using the washing machine once the cycle is complete.

The location is a few minutes walk to Nagoya Station and very conveniently connected to mostly everything, the room was nice layout and clean + they come with full size bathtub !!

Very near to Meitetsu Line. For those arrive late from Nagoya NGO airport using Meitetsu Line, with big luggage, it is very convenient. From Nana Chan doll about 300m walking distance. Clean, looked new but pillow not too comfortable.

Just few minutes walk to Meitetsu bus center. Free moisturising mask for lady and free coffee drip as welcome gifts. Not very spacious as the other budget hotels in Japan.

Just stayed at this hotel for one night. Location is good and within walking distance in between Nagoya station and hotel, it took only 8-10 mins.

A good hotel and pretty much convenient. Better to have a more clear instructions of how to get to the hotel from the Airport/Meitetsu Station. the description from their web site is not really details.

convenient location with lawson at street corner, just 5 min walk to train and bus terminal. Many choices of restaurant around, have toyota car rental at 3min walk distance. Will stay again next time when staying in Nagoya.

Breakfast has western and Japanese choices which operated by the shops next to hotel. Good value for money. Will stay again next time

Hotel is really close to everything. We went to the Grand Prix and it was really easy to commute.

It’s my first time stayed with this group of hotel ! However , it was my worst experience for my stay in Japan ever, the reception staff gave me a very bad impression ! My stay (executive twin room) was booked by my partner! We checked-in at around 7 pm, one of the reception staff (female lady, with name 賢) insisted and told my friend that our room can only accommodate one person, not for two (at that time , I has already gone up to room to drop our luggage first ) ! Just in a minute , she called to the room and asked me “to come down immediately “, or I have “to pay 9000yen, NOW “, if I wanna stay here! At that moment , We didn’t argue with her since we needed to go out immediately for dinner appointment ! Right after we double checked our booking confirmation and also called the agent in Hong Kong to check what’s went wrong ! After dinner we went back to hotel, that reception staff told us , “sorry , your booking is executive twin room, which can accommodate two people , your friend can stay , no need to pay extra”! I was so shocked and felt very disappointed, for the unprofessional and impolite manner that the staff showed to me!

Excellent location which near the train station and bus terminal! Good location is look for food and meal too. Highly recommended to family who needs to take care of the elderly and babies.

Chosen a smoking room by my own mistake and the friendly staff was able to accommodate our family despite limited availability. Very near the main Nagoya station, lots of shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from Nagoya Station. There are plenty of options for food and shopping. There are two restaurants on the ground floor and a convenient store around the corner. The front desk is located on the second floor. There is also an open space with comfortable seating and travel guides. The hotel is clean and modernized. Our window faced a stripped building that looked like a candy cane.The room is small, but large enough for those will little luggage.

Free breakfast at Western or Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. We tried the Japanese style and we think that it is much better than the buffet breakfast normally offered by other hotels.

Close to jr and trains. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Traveled with children and breakfast was not included for children, just adults.
