Great hotel close where we needed to be

Enjoyed the two nights we stayed. Great place to watch buggies go by. Very quiet area and peaceful.

Only complaint is the bed. Very uncomfortable and VERY noisy,creaky.

My stay was only for 1 night but it was adequate for being reasonable priced! Convenient for location I was visiting! It’s an older facility, and clean! There was a lady there at check in who was very nice and helpful she was even able to move my son’s room closer to mine without any problem! The only thing I didn’t like was that the dead bolt on the door did not work so I didn’t have that added security! But everything was fine! Loved being in the middle of farm country! I would stay there again if the need arises!

Great stay. This cozy motel is in the middle of Amish country. It was clean, neat and tidy!

This place is overrated. (1) The air conditioner was so noisy I had to turn it off in order to fall asleep. (2) The walls are too thin. Persistent coughing from next door woke me up in the morning. (3) The television has poor visual clarity - a flat panel yes, but very low definition. (4) No electrical outlets at the desk for my computer. So I had to unplug the desk lamp to create a spare outlet. (5) Mattress is very bouncy. Maybe some people find this fun, but it's not good for quality sleep. (6) Floor lamp needs a brighter bulb.

I was disappointed in the room. Bed was super uncomfortable and very noisy/squeeky. Tv was small and crooked, had to prop it up. A/c was on a timer so i woke up warm in the middle of the night and it would not turn on Lovely location. With some updates, this place could be nice

While the location is quiet, the AC unit is so noisy we had to shut it off and sweat all night. The bed sank when you got in. Very disappointing.

As soon as we entered the room it had a overwhelming smell. Some kind of disinfectant smell gave us a headache. Some of the towels had holes in them. Parking was a mess because we are on the side where you can barely put your vehicle. The water didn't get hot for a shower.

The check in wasn’t as easy as they made it seem we arrived late around 7pm you have to call a number took over 5 minutes for someone to answer, the was very hard to understand. We got to our room 39 and again not enough towels, wash clothes but couldn’t get them til the following day as no one on site, I took a few images the bathroom was not clean hair on shower wall, the drain in shower was broken the kids couldn’t take a bath and very rusty not appealing at all. We ran out of toilet paper had to use tissues then napkins from our car! The AC unit needs to be cleaned mildew on it. The worse part when we pulled down the comforter was. Very long hairs on sheets and one comforter was stained heavily with tan and pink stains. The views were fabulous! The parking was great very quiet but also we only seen 2 /3 other family’s staying! 3 out of ten stars

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are clean and renovated. The beds are comfortable. Everything was great except for one thing, the room had an overwhelming air freshener/cleaner smell and needed to be aired out. Aside from that we were very happy with our stay.

It was a great experience! The place was very clean and pet friendly. Had all I needed. The bed linen smelled so "out doorsy" fresh! Absolutely loved the view and scenery from the gazebo..total breathtaking! Peace and tranquility. Will definitely be staying here again

The Motel is cute and quaint. Room was very small. However the beds are horrible. Not a good nights sleep. The room was so hot at night was up all night trying to get the AC to come on. They put us in the back bldg where our view was tall shrubs that seperated a commercial bldg, a broke down truck and a trailer with broken motorcycle and parts. Absolutely no view. Next door to us the end two rooms appear to have people living there long term. On sunday morning we were woking up to banging on room door and the people who live there fixing his truck, car doors slamming and they were jumping the broken down truck at 7am. The receptionist told me I could walk all the way down to the gazabo to have a view. Not very friendly staff.

This is my fourth or fifth stay here. I don't look for fancy. I look for someplace inexpensive and clean. This hotel is in the middle of Amish farms and cornfields. This time I stayed for two nights. The second night I think I may have been the only person there. Not another person or car in sight. It was peaceful.

It's a pity we are in the middle of nowhere and still hearing the cars on the road aside...

The room was fine. Clearly some updates have been done with laminate floors and updated bedding. But there were flies in my room. I killed 3 and saw 2 more. The bed was horribly creaky. Worst was the air conditioner that was SO loud. I couldn't hear the TV unless I turned it way up which I thought was rude to do to my neighbors. Also, there were many available rooms but I was put right next door to someone who had a dog. The dog was not an issue, but if you have 50 rooms and only a few guests, why not spread them out for comfort?

We had a great place to run our dog and play catch with her.

Great Value for the money. Quiet. Easy to get to and go from. Will stay here again.

Bed was horrible! Old n a big dip in middle. Plus very creaky sounding. They put us in a rear room w no view n room smelled musty!

Would definitely stay here again, and probably will. Updated, clean. Quiet country setting off the main roads but central to all the sites.

Everything we wanted to see in Lancaster was only a short drive. We would definitely stay again. One suggestion – wipe down the chairs that are set outside so that people can sit in them. And have enough chairs so that all that stay do not have to share them.

We unexpectedly had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Basic motel but clean. Only negative is if you have a room on the back side of the building there is limited parking and not a nice view. I would stay again but request a room in the front side of the building. Overall exceeded expectations for a basic motel.

I have stayed here in the past and the room I stayed in has been completely updated, great soft beds, coffee maker, frig and microwave. I will be returning in the future.

Unmanned front desk made checkin more complex. Wish we could have checked in en route to the hotel, but had to wait while there. Spacious rooms with 3 double beds was clean. The beds were quite old and our sheets were thin, pillows were poor. We only stayed a night and for that it was ok.

There was cracks on the wall, and shower area was all rusty, carpets were smell like death mouse, bed bugs were underneath the mattress, my son had astma and couldn’t stay longer in the room, and also on top of everything if you want to smell cow manure go head and book this hotel..

Room was clean. The grandkids enjoyed the playground.
