Our room and bathroom was in need of renovation. It was also noisy with a kitchen in front and another to the side. Cleaning of the room above always began very early.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff

Hotel vistabella is beautiful and the views are stunning. Even more impressive is the staff. We had a wonderful experience.

Fabulous place, excellent service. The house cleaners were REALLY pushy though…ignoring the do not disturb so that was frustrating. Also, our sink leaked everywhere.

From the front desk staff to restaurant and massage team, everyone in between was always very welcoming and ready to make our stay pleasant. Thank you all for a wonderful time! 🙏😎

Location and facilities.

What a gorgeous hotel! I picked the hotel after extensive research for it's location and views....it did not disappoint! HOTEL - It's tucked away in the cliffs overlooking the town of Roses. It's quiet, majestic, & beautiful. The staff was so attentive & friendly. The woman at the front desk speaks 5 languages! Almost everyone speaks English. Every room has an ocean view and a balcony ... mine did not disappoint. I was a little worried upon arrival because they gave me the room directly by the front desk but I did not hear a thing. Restaurants - They are all expensive. El Brancs is their fine dining restaurant that opens in the evening only. It's totally worth it! I dined their twice and everything was worth the price. El Pirata Club is their beach "club" downstairs near the water. It's got amazing views!! But way overpriced! I paid $35 US dollars for a bowl of clams which was 12 clams in a bowl with broth, & nothing else. Delicious but pricey! My tab was over $100 USD for 2 drinks and the clams. You are paying for the view, not the food. Staff was GREAT though. LA TAPA - also great service, didn't love my food. LOCATION - Not in town but located on a beach path, which is about a 20-30 minute walk into town. I loved it! I knew what I was walking into. I chose this place knowing it was more expensive than other places in town but it was worth it for the views, quiet, & service! Side note: I went solo but this place is definitely set up for ROMANCE!

The hotel is simply fantastic. Excellent property for a romantic getaway. We stayed at the hotel for one week, we booked a suite with sea views and the room was spacious and modern. The staff is always willing to help and nice. All the property was extremely clean and the restaurants were amazing. If you love wine, request a visit to the underground cellar. I definitely recommend this hotel. Also you have a trail just in front called “cami de ronda” which leads you to other small beaches and small bays. We will come back for sure.

We booked a “standard garden view” room. We were checked into a double room with a view of a garage entrance and utility area! By no stretch of the imagination was there any garden. They upgraded us to a seaview room next day (no charge) with a “partially open” bathroom. This actually means that the toilet and shower are in the bedroom with glass doors. No privacy - ensure you are ‘very friendly indeed’ with your room mate. It even had a big mirror on the ceiling above the bed .Note: stone steps to nice beach but inadequate hand rails - beware if you are not completely mobile. Pros: Staff were lovely. We ate in three of their restaurants, they were all fine, the beach bar was our favourite, food was better than the Michelin starred Els Brancs in our opinion. Wouldn’t stay again.

This is a hotel we look forward to staying at again and again! Beautiful rooms and works class views. Each of the restaurants are fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very disappointing. Didn’t feel like a 5 stars hotel. I think that they did some photoshop to the pictures because it looks a little different in reality... the room looks similar to the picture, but older... There’s a bathtub in the middle of the room and the toilet has no privacy at all. In addition, the bathtub wasn’t very clean and it had hairs in it. We also had some pieces of tobacco on the bed (probably the cleaning lady rolled a cigarette and didn’t notice that she dropped some pieces of the bed). I expected much more from this place due to the price they charge per night.

Loved this boutique hotel. We booked it on a whim and were happy we did. Great location, close to several beaches and natural park. Beautiful location for sunsets and watching the fishing boats in the bay. Staff are excellent. Would go back in a heartbeat.

This hotel experience was excellent just as I expected it would be. It was right at the end of their summer season so we got to watch them dismantle and tow the dock away for the winter. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Each one added to our positive experience. The room was large and spacious and the view from the balcony was a real treat. The small swimming beach was just the perfect size and very convenient to the hotel. We are taking away a wonderful memory of our time here and look forward to our return.

Stunning resort with breathtaking views. A little slice of heaven during our trio across Spain. We can't wait to go back to Hotel Vistabella. The service was top notch, particularly from Isaac who made us feel so welcome and who's attention to detail was unparalleled during our time abroad. Excellent dining options and a lovely beack area to wander around.
