I was shocked to find out I had to pay for parking at $25/day. Total surprise and no choice but to pay it.
It significantly increased the overall rate of my stay. I would not have booked it if I had known.

The staff was kind and over all the hotel was fairly clean. However our room fridge had not been cleaned out and had old pizza and half drank soda bottles in it. This left me extremely concerned about how well they clean the rest of the room. If you can’t be bothered to do somthing as simple as checking the drive for left over food what other steps are being skipped that I couldn’t see so easily.

The staff was friendly and check in easy. Our room was clean and the bed was nice. It definitely wasn’t the biggest room, but did have a refrigerator although not a microwave. The hotel was quiet and not very crowded. Breakfast was very disappointing, possibly because it was the 4th of July. There were chafing dishes but they were empty and cold. The hard boiled egg container and milk pitcher were empty and unfortunately for my husband there was no coffee for a long time. These was oatmeal, bread, bagels, English muffins and waffles. If you were diabetic or looking for protein there wasn’t much to choose from. Hopefully this is not the normal procedure as we were quite disappointed in the offerings. The hotel was in a safe area and was decently priced.

This location was easy to get to. I was greeted with a smile - it was a very pleasant check-in experience! There was a rugby team staying at the hotel and I never heard them when I was in my room (they were very respectful, much different from other hotels I've been at while sports teams are also there). Breakfast was great! Many options, hot food was hot. Definitely will stay again!

Our roll out mattress was ripped, crushed on one end and flat as a board. The hide-abed springs were so bad we had to sleep on the floor.

The room was clean, quiet (it was a Sunday night after all). It had what we needed. The room is slightly smaller than what we expected but the bathroom is nice size. The fan and thermostat worked well.

First time staying here. Room was clean as well as the bathroom! Was very quiet, hot tub was awesome, but the pool was a bit cold for my liking. Priced fair. Breakfast was pretty good too. I would recommend this property for a stay!

The iron was damaged so couldnt be used. Asked for clean yowels and never got them so had to ask again. Public hair on the filter of our hair dryer. Charged a $40 fee to be held in case of room damage. And wasnt told firat about it. We r 50. What could we possible damage!!

The toilet in our room would not flush - when we asked to be moved, he told us to hold the lever down - as if we didn't try that - I literally had to dump buckets of water in the tank to get it to flush - when he agreed to move us, I asked him to bring a cart to help move our stuff. He came up, showed us a room down the hall - did not help us move our stuff at all. He also did not even go in the new room to ensure it all worked. And that room had a bad smell.

the room smelled like mold. The carpet was dirty. The front deck folks were rude. The down stairs bathroom was filthy and out of toilet paper. the area where they served food was not sanitized.
I did see a guy wiping tables, not sure if the cloth he was using was clean. All the handles to food was un-sanitized.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable with excellent amenities, but what made it exceptional was the staff. The desk, kitchen, housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was one of our best hotel stays ever!!!

I needed a place to stop over on an extended road trip. This hotel was conveniently located off the interstate and has numerous options for eating, shopping, gas, etc. The staff was very friendly and the room was cleaning. An added bonus for me was that the breakfast buffet was up and ready to go on Saturday morning at 6:30 so I could get on the road early.
