Very misleading pictures look like a beautiful hotel false advertisement hot tub out of service holes in the walls carpet very dirty smells of cigarettes exterior door does not lock security problems

We always stay at Willow Creek Inn when we come in to see family and they are always great. The comforters on the bed were the only thing we were a bit dissapointed in, they are not comfortable to sleep under and provide no warmth.

The pool is just a little tiny one and the whirl pool I never saw it. The beds were way hard I was there for 2 nights and didn't hardly sl6as they were too uncomfortable

1. The young man at reception was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was probably a college student and a native english speaker. 2. Our room was close to the front and on the ground floor. 3. The room was super clean. It lacked the filthy carpet that most places favor. Tile floors were clean. 4. Beds were very comfortable. 5. Bathroom was especially clean. 6. Breakfast was reasonable-good choices-some cold some hot. Plenty to get the day started. The breakfast room was kept clean and orderly by a cheerful grandmother type lady. We will stay there again.

Was a terrible experience. First we were given the wrong room key. They air conditioner kind of worked but not well. The pillows are auwful, they are lumps of cotton. But the biggest issue was a large group of people who partied well past 2 am without the staff intervening. We eventually complained and it got a little quieter. I slept 4 hours and was not rested the next day.

The only thing I had trouble with is the super low toliet, no bars to pull up on. A taller toliet is easier to get off on.

we booked this property last minute and they did have a room equipped for dogs so it's pet friendly worked perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable and the set up was good. The water temperature and the shower pressure was perfect. We would stay here again.

The hair dryer in the room quit but the staff replaced it in ten minutes with a new one right out of the box.
The continental breakfast was a little sparse.
Everyone on the hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating.
If we are in the area we will definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff on site. We just needed to stay the night on a quick trip through town. My only complaint is that the AC units need a service as they took far too long to cool the room down that was fairly warm when we arrived. It made getting to sleep a bit more tedious as we were baking. Breakfast was great and ready to go at 6am when we had to get on the road.

Everything was fine, the only downfall is the breakfast. The scramble eggs and sausage gravy were microwaved. They were terrible! We would stay here again but would get breakfast elsewhere. Facility was clean. The beds were kind of hard but okay for one night.

It's an average hotel. Breakfast is so-so. Coffee is awful. Needs repairs in room. Don't ask for a plunger, they'll hand you one in the dining area. Not a great hotel, but we'll be back. We love the area.

Laundry, free parking, great rooms, and friendly staff. The area around it doesnt have too much but theres enough to afford a stop along your route.

Lady at check in was rude. Room was basic. Breakfast was lacking in comparison to other hotels. This was a late reservation and basically the only thing left in town. No other option.

Hot water heater for building was broken so no hot water and nothing was offered to make up for the trouble. We were given a call the same day to tell us to cancel due to this issue but we were traveling and there were no other rooms available in town by this time. Very unsatisfied

We got there and they told us the water heater was broken and there wouldn't be any hot water except the hot tub. They offered 10% off or a refund. It's a small town and we had no where else to go. Come on, 25-50% is more resonable when you can't provide a basic thing like warm water. It was the worst shower I've ever had. Went to the hot tub for the only warm water and it looked like it had never been cleaned. The employees seemed grumpy and the breakfast was gross. Right after we got to our room, someone tried to get in because they were given the same room. Our door also had the locked drilled out with a screw or drill bit sit sitting in front of the door. Even though there's no competition in town, they should try harder

The hotel was a tad dated. The shower was very dated. And our door did not have one of the locks, which was a little concerning. However, it was very clean and the staff was extremely nice! Kyler checked us in and he was a delight.

The hot water only worked 3 of the 5 day stay.

We did not have a shower the first day we were there. There was no hot water and we were tired and sweaty and wanted to shower but had to wait until the next day for hot water. The rest of our stay we had hot water and no problems.
