We stayed here for 3 nights, early July.The hotel exceeded our expectations.The location is lovely,nice and quiet,but close to the sea.lots of sunbeds around the pool,and on the grass under the pine trees.Our top floor room had a nice pool and sea view,but no balcony.The bed was super comfy,and we didn't hear any other guests at night.The bedroom was very clean,and nice modern decor.Elemis toiletries were a nice surprise too.We chose bed and breakfast,but opted for dinner buffet twice.The restaurant,like the rest of the hotel,is clean, comfortable and stylish.There is a vast choice of buffet options, including vegan. Quality of food,was excellent,and the restaurant staff very attentive,and friendly.In fact,all of the staff were friendly, and smartly dressed.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay,and would definitely return here,next time in Pula.Thank you to all the staff at Park Plaza Arena!!.😀

Really lovely hotel, staff service excellent on reception, in the bar and restaurant. Rooms great, we had a pool and sea view. The pool area was clean and ample sun beds. The location is excellent, walks around the area great, regular bus to Pula 15 mins is 2€.

Beautiful resort area with excellent facilities both inside and out. Beach and water accessibility was great. Breakfast choices were endless.

Smart and modern hotel with good amenities and an easy bus ride into Pula centre. The pool and lawn had plenty of free sun loungers in September (at least outside of school holidays), the pebble beach is very close and the saltwater pool clean and quiet - pool towels can be collected near the changing rooms and toilets. The hotel restaurant is €32 euro for buffet dinner but there are other restaurants in walking distance (like Olivia at Park Plaza Verudela). At lunchtime there is a very good à la carte menu (awesome truffle mayo cheeseburger as well as pasta dishes and sandwiches) at very reasonable prices (€10-15). The service was great while we were there for food or drink, at lunch and in the evening. The room was clean and well looked after. Could have done with a thicker pillow option but otherwise no issues. I think it's worth paying the extra for a pool view as the balcony faces the trees and sea as well (otherwise you may face the car park). Staff in the spa and on hotel reception all really polite and helpful too. All in all, a nice hotel with great staff!

We are a family of 3 (2 adults and a 8 years old). The room was a bit small, but very comfortable. The room and the whole site, is very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. So many choices, for every taste. It is near a beautiful beach.

The staff were amazing! Friendly and accommodating! Bruno was fantastic as he shared similar interests in football which was nice to talk about:) Loved the day bed area and beach!

Beautiful hotel direct next to the beach

Amazing hotel and the location is beautiful. Service, spa and facilities are excellent. Just had the best scrub massage of a lifetime. Breakfast, food and wine are also amazing.

The property was absolutely amazing! Most of the staff speak great English and were very friendly and attentive The property was very clean and well laid out, we stayed in one of the chalets and it was top notch: there was a complimentary fruit bowl, robes, slippers, beach bags, the lot! The garden was also very nice There were hammocks and beds laid out on the grass for hotel guests, loungers by the pool and outside seating. When we wanted to leaves the main hotel, we were within walking distance from two beaches, from an aquarium, an art park and other restaurants- not that we needed to visit them, because the hotel restaurant served delicious and very good value food A stop for the bus route into the main town was close by and very well signed Five stars!

The room was nice, although the bathroom door does not offer complete privacy. The food was tasty and plentiful, but the desserts for dinner were not to our taste. The lounging area on the grass is calm and there is always shade. However, at times, there were not enough lounge chairs for all the hotel guests. The hotel's policy against reserving lounge chairs should actually be enforced (some chairs and beds were empty for hours despite being reserved with towels). It would also be nice if there was a possibility to order drinks in this area without having to go to the hotel/pool. The nearest beach is, unfortunately, too small and overcrowded, but there are bigger ones within walking distance. The hotel area is very calm and quiet in the evening and at night. Most of the staff were kind, welcoming and helpful.

During the summer season we paid a relatively high price that would get you a 4 or 5 star hotel for the same price in Dubai for example. Staff at check-in was a bit stressed out and we felt that. Staff at the restaurant was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Pool is salt-water, clean, and there is a tiny wading pool for toddlers. The pebble beach is very scenic with some 3 to 4m high cliffs you can jump off of, but the beach is relatively small so it is very crowded during the peak times. The beach is publicly accessible meaning access is not limited to only hotel guests. Rooms are small. They seem like they were recently renovated. Beds and bathrooms are clean, but the carpet seemed like a poor design choice and was stained in the room where we stayed. The best thing about the hotel are the nice grounds, grassy area in the pine forest, large yoga wooden platform and quick access (five minute walk) to the Aquarium.
