We love staying here at springhill suites in Temecula. It’s quiet, safe, super comfortable! We always feel welcome and they offer a nice little breakfast in the morning.

The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The only improvement they need is the check in process. When we walked in there was no one at check-in. Once the front desk arrived, she was very professional. My family had a nice experience and we will be staying there again.

This property is located in a convenient safe community. The building is very nice. The inside is very clean; however, I think the rooms need updating a bit. Clean but a little old. The rooms were very spacious and I loved the two different sinks which made getting ready to attend a wedding easy. Beds clean and comfortable. Free breakfast always a plus! All staff front desk and breakfast OUTSTANDING. I would return.

All staff was were friendly, helpful and responsive to requests. In the type of hotel, the mais service is scheduled every 3rd day, but if you need anyhting they are right on the spot.

The hotel itself was very nice. We were a little disappointed that there was no bar and no loungers by the pool and only chairs. The beds were not comfy at all and pillows were super thin. Even after a few drinks, we couldn’t get comfy. Staff was super friendly and parking was easy.

Close to where I d like to play around.

This property was very nice. It was close to food and entertainment and shopping. Not a bisy road full of traffic. I would definitely stay agian.

The room that we got transfered into where not good its like a cube or were in a box and all wall😒

Way over priced at 325.00. For the venue, room was something I would expect at a much lower price motel. The gal at the check in desk was new, charged our card for the room again , when we told her we already paid through Hotel.com, she denied it, when I showed her the charge on my bank app, she started to give us attitude. Just unreal.

We chose a room that slept five and when we arrived, it only had two towels, two hand towels, and two bath cloths. You would think that since it sleeps up to five, they would be at least three or more in the room without having to ask. On the third day room service came and made the bed and took some of the dirty towels, but left two wet towels in the bathroom. So again, we have to go to the front desk and get additional towels On the fourth, We ran out of body wash and shampoo from the dispensers in the shower and cold the Who gave us a handful of soap and little containers which all turned out to be conditioner. again another trip to the front desk. The front desk attendant told us that they would refill the empty shampoo and body wash containers the next day. When we returned on our last evening at roughly 8 PM for the night, we found it. No one had filled the containers and again went to the front desk. Conveniently, the maintenance person was standing there and grab two bottles and came to the room to refill the empty containers. We thanked him and he left and then we proceeded to shower for the day only to find he had replaced both of the containers with conditioner, which wasn’t empty and still the shampoo and the body wash remained empty. We decided not to go to the front desk again. Simple little things that made it inconvenient after being gone all day and hoping to come to a place to rest.

Great location, A bit too loud on the freeway side. Bed was comfortable. Room is too small for 4 adults (2 late teens). Amazing breakfast! Overall we would stay there again.

There was a used bandaid in our room. Everything else was fine.

Stayed just one night due to medical appointment in the area. The rooms/walls are not well insulated. I think there was an elephant in the room above ours as all you could hear was thump, thump, thump from them walking or was it doing laps around the room. Also could carry on conversation with people next door. Thats how loud they were. Other than that room was clean. Plenty of towels, etc. Knew enough tovask for room away from freeway. Just wish I had asked for room on 3rd floor.
