I had a great stay at Hotel Danubia Gate. It is great hotel in a very good position. It is near the old town. It is close to transport links. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was good. There was a good choice. Staff were helpful. The room was a single room and it was bigger than I thought it would be. It was very clean and had everything I needed.

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Great location. Excellent breakfast. Large comfortable room. I’d stay again if I’m back in Bratislava.

Hotelroom was nice, yet a bit warm as airconditioning was probably not working/on. Small fan in the room to use however would not be sufficient in summer with 2 people. Wonderful big bathroom. Hotel is close to city centre. Breakfast was superb there with plenty of choices. Parking was behind the accommodation.

The reception staff was polite and helpful, they gave us some extra water when we used all in our mini bar. The room with jacuzzi was clean, spacious and a perfect treat after a long day at work. Breakfast was brilliant, much more variety that we had expected! A gym is very compact but for some quick basic workout is sufficient. The minibar has everything, even some healthy food choices and chewing gums. Overall, this a little gem only a 3-5 min walk from the centre of old town but in a very quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for a comfortable stay in the city

Really professional staff, the concierge was very helpful. We arrived early and he let ys drip off our bags so we could fo and explore befor checking in. It was a great breakfast and rhe welcome drink was a nice touch! Very sad to leave

Also, guests cannot help themselves with coffee, it had to be one of the staff serving...they took a long time to serve coffee or sometimes they forgot about it, we had to remind them a few times...really bad and does not make any sense - why not allowing customers to have coffee as they please like in most hotels?!

Clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The only small issue was that some parts of the shower were dirty

This property lives up to its reputation as being an excellent hotel. I was really impressed with my room; cleanliness, conveniences like hooks and shelves, nice large shower, tasteful decor, great location close to old town and the mall and friendly helpful staff. Attentive service at breakfast with a lovely assortment of food plus my friend enjoyed the different types of coffee. Relaxing and laid back atmosphere. I would definitely stay at Danubia Gate hotel again!

Very nice stay, but was surprised it was a 4.7 stars. Location is only 5 minute walk to old Town which was great. Room was fine.. Clean.. Decent amenities.. They only have heat or air conditioning so if you come in the in between months it might be a problem as my room was hot and only the heat worked. Very nice hotel though.. Just wasnt five stars amazing.

This is a well appointed hotel within easy reach ( approx 10 mins walk) of the Old Town centre. The bedroom was spacious with comfortable chairs and a sofa in the deluxe room - there was also a thermomassage bath to telax in. Thete were 3 TVs available. We experienced a leak through our bathroom ceiling but this was tesolved promptly with little fuss. Breakfast in the ground floor dining area offered a good variety of tasty food including local produce. The waiting staff were very helpful. Getting soy milk instead of dairy was no problem

Overall excellent from location, hotel amenities, buffet breakfast, room comfort and services provided by the reception, housekeeping and breakfast servers. The only downside was wifi was not available in the rooms for 2 days and had to use wifi from dining area by the reception desk and it was inconvenient.

Right near the heart of Bratislava. Easy to get anywhere. Clean, good hearty breakfast. Good staff to direct you wherever you need to go. Took train from Prague to Bratislava. Cost me less than 1 Euro to get from the station to the hotel. Glad I stayed there.

Very well managed, modern, clean, hotel with large bedrooms. Close enough to old town to walk to Bratislava castle. We got champagne as a welcome drink, and chocolates when we left.
