It was a good stay for 3 nights. Very clean and friendly staff. Parking was great. Not from the area so it had a good location for us to navigate. It was a family visit.

I have driven by Capri Inn many times over the years but this was the first time I stayed there and I wasn’t disappointed at all. The woman who greeted us at the front desk was very nice, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. For being an older motel they keep it well taken care of. I would definitely stay there again.

An excellent value for money alternative to staying in Niagara-on-the-Lake, where we were seeing several productions at the Shaw Festival. A very friendly greeting at check-in, then to our ground floor room which was spacious and exceptionally clean. We thought there might be traffic noise from the QEW but there was none - excellent door seals. Super comfortable beds. This is a simple, family-run motel, so it's not glamorous by any means, but we'll be back for sure next time we're in this neighbourhood.

This is a little hidden gem. I usually wouldn't go to a motel because they can sometimes be a bit sketchy - but not this one. It appears to be a family run business and everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are manicured and the rooms are spotless. Further, my bed was made every day and that is a real plus for me.
I have been to more expensive hotels where they only cleaned the rooms every other day. I like coming into a clean room at the end of the day.
If I come back to St. Catherine's, I would absolutely stay there again. Lovely little place.

I loved the room I was given. The only thing I observed was neighbors seating outside my side of the accommodation smoking. I appreciate the rule of no smoking inside the rooms but let smokers go a few meters from the building to enjoy their toxins.

The staff were very friendly and sincere. The Inn's bathroom was a bit outdated, though tue nathtub looked newer. Everything in the room and bathroom was very clean! The beds were very comfortable, and the mattresses appeared to be new. There were extra pillows in the room as well. Very good value for the price in that busy tourist area. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to other people. I booked last minute for a sports tournament with my daughter, and was pleasantly surprised. This seems to be a family owned and operayed business, and it is obvious they want your stay to be a comfortable one.

This place is super clean. Nicely maintained.
Staff is friendly, breakfast of muffin and juice are served.
The only down side is that the air conditioner in the room is too noisy, it cannot be turned off as it's controlled by admin. The inn is also right next to gas station.

My room was very nice and clean. Modern and very quiet. I was at the end of a hall so i didnt have people walking by the room making noise.

The building is an old one but it’s been renovated. Very clean, very comfortable and easy access to the highway from this hotel. Very quiet neighborhood and I would definitely stay here again.

Great budget motel with easy access to QEW. Short drives to Falls, Niagara on the Lake, and wineries. Large clean room, bathroom a bit tiny on counter space for women, small dining table. Very comfortable and great room A/C. We were at the back, on the second floor, with a view of the river. Once the door was closed, we didn't hear the QEW traffic. Friendly front office and cleaning staff was nice. Very good choice.

Ben, at the front desk was very kind, pleasant, attentive and really "on the ball" kinda guy. After 5 + hour drive, he made check-in fast and easy!

Everything was clean and organized. No construction going on. Liked the fridge in the room. Bathroom was new and appealing. Air conditioning was fine. Loved the simple Oreo muffins and juice option to grab breakfast. Ee will return.

We stayed July 7-12. It was good for what we paid for it. Had no issues with the inn itself, but do note there’s some significant construction happening on the road right outside. We didn’t have much issue with it, but saw traffic backed up quite a bit at times. There was a younger man At the front desk we had interactions with a few times and he was really nice. The bathrooms were nice and bright. Every single night there was a parking spot right outside our room which was great. Seemed like it would be a great location to stay if you are walking. Lots of things for food and entertainment very close by. My only suggestion is to somehow bring some more light into the rooms, but other than that, we would stay again!

We booked the room last minute for the family and we were very happy we picked this hotel. The room was very clean and it had a table and chairs outside the room for my husband and I to relax together while the kids slept.
The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and inviting.
Overall it was a great experience at this hotel. We will definitely be back.
