Rooms were small and tight one 2 elevators for the entire hotel and if you get stuck in another part of the hotel you might have a long walk to elevator just wasnt a comfortable place to stay

Everything was wonderful. It woukd if been nice for a Continental Breakfast for the price we paid. The only thing is they took a deposit of $100 when we got there and didn't inform us. Better communication would of been good. Besutiful place though. Also, at restaurant ajoining hotel, on menu in hotel, prices should be placed as it was a little expensive for families. Just suggestions but loved it.

Our room had a technical issue in the bathroom and the staff was quick to move us to another room. Other than that a very nice hotel.

I originally booked 2queen beds but I was given 2 full beds. I went to show the front seat and was switched to the 2queen beds. Good customer service.

We had a great stay at the Westin. The kids loved playing in the Pool and lobby was a nice hangout place !

The hotel is well maintained but the ambiance is not very warm or friendly. The room was comfortable but bare. Felt like sleeping in a hospital room.

We stay here a lot for baseball and never have had a issue

We stay here several times a month when we have baseball tournaments. It is walking distance to lots of restaurants which we love the pillows are so comfortable and we always get a good nights sleep.

Business trip. Far from Orlando. 45-50 minutes drive. Not near much unless your corporate office is nearby

We have stayed at this Westin many times. I'm sorry to say that there were several issues with the facilities during this visit. My mother was staying in a handicapped equipped room, which was not ready when we arrived...(well past 3 pm). A disabled person normally needs to rest when they arrive, so we kept inquiring. Turns out the room was indeed ready...housekeeping did not update in the computer. Upon arriving in the room, the TV did not work, and the desk chair was missing. Even though these issues were fixed promptly, I still do not understand why the staff would not check the equipment before prior to arrival. As for our room, the safe was inoperable. I reported this to the front desk, but it was never fixed during our stay, which was a major inconvenience since I had to carry my important papers and valuables with me everywhere. Finally, the hot water was extremely slow to come on...like 10 minutes! Reported that as well, but by the time the repair person arrived, the water finally got hot. I do wish they would do a better job with the guests' facilities.

Nothing unique. It was a nice place to stay, though. I wasn’t there much or for very long.

The property was huge. It had a resort feeling, lots of space and tons of amenities. Maybe use better descriptions of the rooms, as i was not aware there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Lots of space in the units.

Check in was Wii k and straight forward. We were staying for a family wedding with friends. We were given rooms very close together which was great. We would definitely stay again.

Had a quick 1 night stay for a sports game nearby. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious. Location is nice- we could walk to several dinner options.
