The air conditioning unit was like having a semi truck in your room! So Loud! It was 100 degrees outside and not an option to just turn it off! Checked in after dinner for a quiet night! Not so much!!

The hotel is clean but a little old it’s next to the freeway so you can hear that noise. Staff was fine but I didn’t really interact with them that much did their job but nothing above and beyond. The included breakfast is a nice touch

Quiet and close to freeway

Ants in the main bedroom and even more in the bathroom. Moved to another room and the toilet wouldn’t flush.

Super clean and modern. Nice service at front desk and throughout hotel. Nice amenities like microwave and fridge. That's very helpful and I will remember for next time.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Forgot to put up the”do not disturb” sign so we got a knock on the door from housekeeping at 8am, which was our fault. That was the only hiccup.

Hotel was clean & comfortable, only drawback was the staff jumping the gun to clean our room this morning before we checked out

The rooms door was so heavy you need a lot of force to open it even the room was for disable person The breakfast was not good either

close to shopping and relatively clean but that's about it. An hour late on getting room ready (4:00 pm), long walk from parking to handicapped room, pulsing blue lite in the a/c we had to cover to sleep, they were out of eggs this morning for breakfast for over 15 minutes so we left before they got any up (8:30 am), out of pump Creamora, coffee was good but only luke warm and ice machine on 2nd floor and we were on the 1st floor.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening. Quickly changed clothes and in 15-20 minutes we left the hotel for the event for which we came. Late in the night, after the event, when we returned to the hotel, we discovered that the water in the sink and toilet backing up. We immediately notified the receptionist and soon received the key to the new room. The guy at the front desk was very nice, polite and professional. Breakfast was terrible (trust me this is a very polite description). Even hard-boiled eggs, a dish that seems impossible to mess up, tasted and felt like they were made of rubber. Breakfast menu offer two different type of juices. Both of them taste like water with plenty of chemical additives for taste and color and sugar to sweeten the poison.

I stayed at the Hilton for three days and was disappointed with the experience. Our towels were not changed, the room wasn’t vacuumed, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. It seemed like the place was being operated on a shoe-string budget. The breakfast buffet was okay, but the juices were diluted with water. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. I believe I could have found a better hotel for the same cost.

AMAZING comfortable beds! Room was very clean, front desk help was very accommodating, and the hot breakfast was great! Will stay here again in the future!

The closet sliding door was off its track, the shower door was out of adjustment and almost impossible to open, the window was jammed open and could not be closed. In addition freeway noise was very bad - partly because the window would not close all the way and partly because the location of the room. Not a good night to say the least.

My husband and I loved this hotel, one of our favorites we’ve stayed at so far. It felt like staying in our own private master bedroom. Our room was on the first floor. The room was very spacious and the ceilings were pretty high for what I’m used to in a hotel. The bed was super comfortable. We loved that it had a couch and a conveniently movable table for eating/working wherever you please within the room. The bathroom was clean, nice, and spacious as well. Their free breakfast in the morning was also pretty good with hot food and a handful of other options. Their seasonal flavor waffles for our stay was Lemon and it was so good. Another highlight is check out being at 12pm instead of 11AM like other places. We only stayed a night so I’m sure we didn’t get to enjoy the facility to its full potential but we will definitely be glad to return for a longer stay next time. With all that being said, there were only a few things I wasn’t the biggest fan of like obviously having to pay an additional fee for parking (although the hotel is located off in a corner of a busy plaza so maybe that’s why), the toilet wasn’t the most comfortable to sit on or get up off of, and one of the side entrances we used had a lot of mosquitos hanging around in the day but was taken care of at night by some kind of light. However in light of those things, it didn’t ruin our stay and we would still stay here again.

Walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, Walmart grocery. Beautiful area and convenient to scenic drives, beaches…

It was a nightmare. The Hampton Inn & Suites’ quality has fallen-off precipitously. I wish I never stayed there. I have been a dedicated guest/customer for years. This experience was the unfortunate icing on the cake (this being the second consecutive bad time).

Lots of kids running around; room smelled of disinfectant; bedding old; no daily maid service; no vending machines; $10 parking in the suburbs seems excessive; tired furniture; small TV; Slow internet
