We had a very enjoyable stay in Delft and the property is an easy walk from the beautiful pedestrianised town centre. There's also an easy bus to/from the station, which helped when we had our luggage with us.
Our room was splendid and had a great view (Deluxe) and the staff were helpful and efficient.
Breakfast was good value and there were plenty of high-quality options.
The hairdryer in the bathroom has an isolating switch on the part mounted to the wall, but it's hard to see as it's black on a black background. This caused some consternation and if it had been made more obvious it would have spared a discussion with the reception. A tiny note but if you've read this far, now you know!
Would stay again without hesitation.

Wish hotels provided washcloths! The scrambled eggs seemed premix, wish bacon was crisper. Excellent hotel, I had a city view, short walk to the train station, lovely area, lovely people.

There was construction on our floor and started early in the morning not allowing our baby to sleep.
As well, we had a crib and they only put it half together, no sheets for the crib. We had to call for sheets and they provided one pilliow case. For the amount we had to pay it was not worth our stay.

Perfect place to stay in Delft. Easy walk to the main square and good and shopping. . We loved the Hotel and the staff was friendly and nice. Great breakfast too. Book a ride to attractions with the front desk and hawk for Raymond too. Great driver.

The bathroom was dirty and smelling terribly when we arrived. However, the staff was very friendly and immediately changed us to another room and gave us a complimentary drink. So overall, from a service point of view it was great, but the rooms could benefit from an update and enhanced cleaning service.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is beautiful and very central so we could walk everywhere.

Most of the day and all weekend you can not use the parking in the back. Had to park a couple of days in the opposite garage 19.20 EUR extra a day. The hotel is great but yea.

Heating didn.t work. TV and hair dryer had to be repaired by stall. Outside door did not lock. Carpet worn. Breakfast cold.

A nice hotel within easy walking distance to the centre of Delft. We liked our room as well as the lounge area of the hotel. The breakfast was very good. There was a locked container outside for our bikes.

This hotel has a great location, but definitely needs some updating. Also, the check-in and check-out process is way too long, not customer friendly experience.

A well placed hotel within walking distance to the beautiful and charming city center of Delft. Nice and clean hotel.

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable and plenty of storage. The fridge in the room was helpful although it would have been nice to get more than just one bottle of water on the first day.
Aircon was a bit noisy.

The first day, the didn't clean the room properly. The second day they didn't clean the room at all until I called them at 15:00. I needed to be in the room to work so I told them to do the cleaning later. An hour later they came saying that if I wanted the room to be cleaned, I needed to leave the room because the cleanning staff will go home. The attitude was not appreciated since I needed 10 min to get ready to leave the room. They put their problem on me!
Also, they receptionist was asking to pay for the hotel when it was fully paid in advanced. I am still waiting for the receipt of city tax payment they said they were going to send by e-mail!

My stay was great - it was quite windy though and the doors to the balcony were banging all night as i could not secure them - so i did not sleep very well at all - this is a shame as it is a great hotel in a great location.

A modern hotel in a historic city located so that history was only a 10 minute walk away. Its restaurant was one of the best I found in Delft.
