Chicken was seamless. Front desk clerk was very professional.

We purposely chose this hotel because we needed a strong interest connection for a business meeting we needed to attend early in the morning. It’s a national chain we have booked with many times in many locations so the level of expectation was established. Come to find out there was absolutely no wifi we could connect to AT ALL. This is not acceptable.

The room was clean and the property well maintained. Ice machine on 2nd floor wasn’t working while we were there but the place is nice. I would stay there again.

You old used Kleenex found in a "made bed!" Asking the front desk for assistance the gentleman said that he could give me some sheets so I can change the bed myself since he was the only one there and there were no housekeeping folks.

OMG! This property is not only next to I 10 so you hear 18 wheelers all night! It is also right next to a train track! A very, very very busy train track. The bed Linen was absolutely wonderful. The bed was very, very hard/firm. No ice machines worked… And no warm cookies when we entered like we expected. Breakfast was OK nothing fancy The staff was very friendly

The property itself was great. We got a good night's rest and the rooms were perfect. The area leaves a lot to be desired. Deming has potential as it is right off the FWY, but the town itself needs rehab badly. We traveled on a Sunday so dinner options were severely limited to fast food. Overall it was a positive experience mainly due to the hotel accommodations.

Arrived at 1am and Michael provided the best check-in service I've received at any hotel, ever. Genuinely great human. Comfy beds, clean room and bathroom. Great quick overnight stay!

Cleanest well kept hotel I have ever been to including some very high end hotels. That includes the breakfast area down next to the lobby and the rest of the hotel. Whoever sets the standards for your hotel is doing an amazing job. Your staff was very friendly as well.

Late stop on a road trip. We were lucky to get a room. Checking earlier in the afternoon we found plenty of rooms at the Holiday inn and Hampton inn. In the evening the Holiday Inn filled up while I was on line. Husband called Hampton while I quickly got on Hotels.com. The price had gone up $30 since I checked earlier but the price given my husband was a $100 more. We got the last room on Hotels…the phone reservation told my Husband oops it just sold out. Beds were good. Staff friendly. The condition of the hotel was very worn. Broken tiles, in the bathroom, light bulbs hanging below the shade, worn finish on the furniture and elevator had to be reset to work. Numerous loud explosions (fireworks?) outside that stopped just before midnight. Pretty good hotel breakfast.

Kleenex and shower gel containers were empty, bathroom floor looked unclean. Internet was disappointing at best.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Despite being located right off the highway, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet my room was. The noise from outside was almost non-existent, allowing me to have a peaceful and uninterrupted night's sleep. Furthermore, the hotel's convenient location right off the highway was a huge plus. It made my travel plans much easier and saved me valuable time. I could quickly access the hotel without any hassle, and there were also several nearby dining options and attractions within a short distance. Overall, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn for its exceptional cleanliness, peacefulness, and convenient location. It truly provides a top-notch experience for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

Hotel is somewhat outdated with minor cleaning issues and bedding that is worn

Fine stay. Room was a bit “worn” but fairly clean and comfortable. Someone was harassing us in the hotel parking lot and the front desk said they would send someone out to check on the situation, but they never did. Lesson learned to just call the police of ever in a similar situation; there did not seem to be any on-site security.
