We had a good stay. Suggestion..offer room heaters in winter

The front desk staff was none welcoming. We’re bilingual so that wasn’t the issue, it was their approach. Reserved a balcony room with ocean view. Had the ocean view but you could stand shoulder to shoulder but no way could you sit. Expressed concern and they wanted to up charge us to change rooms. Disappointing. No entertainment, bar was closed, restaurant was more closed than open, and place was empty.

It was nice except the room needs a little upgrade. The restroom’s mirror looks old the shower door was not working. The jr. Family room has no TV in the living room. No AC/ No Heater.

Poor quality. Room was clean. Grounds were dirty. Bird poop on all walls, looked like never cleaned. Stair wells dirty, poorly lit at night. Single pane glass made it difficult to sleep. Waves crashing a lot.

Hotel has no ac, only fans. Beds are cheap and uncomfortable. We were only given 2 large towels in the bathroom. We asked for small wash cloths at the desk and never received them. The “spa” was simple, odd, and hot. Again only floor fans. Drinks in the bar were expensive. Not worth it. Stay elsewhere if you can. Also very old and outdated property overall.

Arrived to property and they gave us wrong room and down graded me even after I had pay in advance for my room the WiFi only worked in 3 parts of the hotel and not mine the TV was broken everything like towels for pool were extra charge and food was over priced front desk was very difficult to deal with

Overall the rooms are okay, however there was no AC in our room and a almost 100 degree temperature. They only provide you with a fan. The pool area was nice and the inside pool was nice n warm for the little ones.

Family friendly hotel. So much to do at the facility for kids and adults (performer, horse show, clown show, kids playground, multiple pools and a jacuzzi). Only downfall was the Weather was warm and rooms did not have AC. Otherwise decent price for what you get

My son enjoyed the indoor pool , the buffet was good, the staff was very friendly and polite, what we didn’t like was there’s no beach, no A/c , no fridge, no ice machine, just the very basic, I think Rosarito hotels are overpriced .

I disliked the noisiness. There was no privacy you could hear everything. The stomping from floor on top. The loud screeching from tables and chairs. No air conditioning. The doors shut super loud: no water pressure in shower. Would not recommend if you’re looking for peaceful getaway

The price is ridiculous expensive for this ugly, dirty and old hotel.
Has no air conditioner, they provided some fans in total bad condition, covered with a lot of dust and hair. The drain in the shower had a lot of hair, as well at the corners and floor in the restroom and room. For people with special needs there’s no access for wheelchair. The indoor pool is full of funguses and the jacuzzi didn’t work. I most definitely wouldn’t recommend no body to stay at this poor property.

Excellent location, great view, staff super friendly. Hotel poorly maintained, windows don’t open properly, one with no screen (couldn’t be open), only two towels (for 2 persons), no towels in sink (for face /hands). If they charge you like you are in US, they should provide the minimum services.

property was very well taken care of but certain unots had AC and others did not, even if they were jr suites. beds were comfortable but the pillows were hard as bags of salt. I would recommend this place just bring your own pillows just to be safe and make your your room has AC.

The property is very nice and the nigh entertainment was fun. But they charge me $27 extra for the person when I had reserved a room with double queen size bed. Which sleeps four people. They said it was for two adults and two kids. It doesn't say that anywhere in the website.

The grounds are beautiful but the villas need lots of work done. One of my windows didn’t have a lock. No A/C, the pull out beds are hard as a rock. Mosquitoes inside the bathrooms. The front doors locks is loose. Not handicapped accessible. Way too many stairs. Would not stay here again.
