Very friendly staff. Tv was tiny and up high so hard to watch. Shower had hardly any water pressure. Studio kitchen had no cloths, towels or soap to wash up. Microwave socket cover off and hanging inside the shelf. Air conditioning auto switch’s of when coming back in the afternoon.

Location was perfect to walk to the beach and restaurants and shopping, staff were just wonderful and always smiling and ready to help and breakfast was delicious 😋

Warm welcome, lovely thoughtfully decorated room. Loved the sauna! Breakfast is expensive but so is all breakfast in Oostend!

Keurig hotel

Nice hotel in a good location, approx 3-5 mins walk to the beach. Clean, comfortable beds and appears to have been recently renovated. However, as others have said, this hotel is advertised as having parking facilities and was the reason I chose it over others. As another reviewer has stated, the hotel only has 9 guest spaces and I had to leave my car in an underground car park at €25 a night. I would stay here again but a little honesty is needed with the description of the parking facilities.

The hotel was ok. The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, modern and very big which was great for our family of 4. The breakfast was also great and had many choices to choose from. The location was great too as it was a 5-minute walk from the beach and all the restaurants and shopping in the city. However, there was only 1 elevator which was very small and could hardly fit 4 people, and it would take forever to come. There was also no Air Conditioning in the entire hotel including the rooms which was terrible considering how hot it was. They had left one or two fans per room which did not even help. The hotel was ok, however it does need some revamping including installing A/C for the summer time.

Standards are up to date and OK for a 100 year old building. great choice of rooms.

Petit-dejeuner copieux et varié. Petite déception car les photos mettent en scène de mini produits Rituals ne correspondant pas à la réalité (gros flacon mural de gel lavant mains d'autre marque) et 2 lampes défectueuses dans la chambre, mais le personnel a été aux petits soins pour trouver une solution.

No air conditioning system in the room,not even a fan. Very small room,not good ventilated .Only one lift,always busy,I had to take the stairs everytime (3rd floor),luckily I am in a good condition. If you arrive with your own vehicle ,it can be a nightmare to find a parking spot nearby,as they don’t have their own parking slots there. Breakfast was good. Good situated,walking distance from everywhere. In my opinion,not good value for your money

The room was noisy and the temperature in the room too warm. It was very difficult to sleep.

I and my friend have stayed at the Leopold many times and have never had to complain once.The staff are friendly and courteous and go out of their way to make you want to return.The rooms are clean and tidy with coffee and tea for free refreshments.The breakfast as many items available for many tastes including fruit juices,coffe or tea,and toast or fresh rolls with lots of cheese and ham and fresh fruit to boot.Who would not want to stay there again !!

Large family room on the 7th Floor. Lots of space for the 4 of us. Huge bathroom. Breakfast also had a lot of choice. Small lift that can get congested at rush hour and limited parking in the hotel to be aware off, but if you can find street parking it's reasonably priced and well located to walk to the beach.

Good location but the hotel itself is old and felt more like I was staying in someone’s house then a hotel. You can hear everything - floors creaking, people showering (i.e. water running/draining) etc. The room was very small and there was no chair; there was a very small ‘closet’ next to the bed that would fit a few items of clothing, there was a big ceiling lamp that was hung so low, I kept nodding my head. I just felt like the room space wasn’t properly thought out. Old carpeting too. When I arrived, the person manning the front desk was talking to someone at the bar (the hotel is also a restaurant) and I had to go and ask if I was in the right place to check in because she didn’t even acknowledge my arrival with a greeting. Breakfast buffet offered decent variety but a bit steep (14 Euro) and the room itself is tiny so it gets cluttered very quickly.

Nice city centre hotel. SatNav & google maps took us to the wrong place but after a couple of goes we managed to see the hotel sign. We were too late for parking but due to the time it only cost us about 4 Euros for the evening and the morning (I think there were no charges from 20:00 until 09:00 and the ticket lasted us until 11:00).Breakfast was good and relatively cheap - 5 Euros each when booked with the room.Bar was expensive but expected in a hotel.

It was very nice to stay and I really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was really good and me and my friend would choose this hotel over again.

From the day I arrived the staff was not friendly and seemed to not like their job. My room had a strong and foul odor which, like every other request during my stay, received no attention or action. I was told that the concerns during my stay would be addressed but not one of them was, ever. The best part of the stay was breakfast, which was fresh and offered many options. Aside from this, what could be a fantastic boutique hotel was marred mostly because of the staff. Only on the last morning when I checked out, a new person was working who had a friendly and helpful personality. I will select a different hotel next time.
