Stayed here for one night to go to the mudrun the next day. We didn’t get to use the facilities. Just slept in. Convenient location and close to some dining areas. The grounds were well taken care of and very quiet/ peaceful. The villa was clean but not the cleanest. Some stains on the carpet.. kitchen was well equipped with pots/ pans/ silverware/ cups/ mugs etc. coffee machine and toaster and microwave and huge fridge and freezer available. The bathroom was inside the bedroom was somewhat annoying to use if someone is sleeping on the pull out. The pull out itself wasn’t too comfortable. I am not tall and still, my legs weren’t fully stretched. It’s for a couple of children maybe. The night was $274 which was a bit pricy when in fact, only a couple of people can be comfortably sleeping in it. Overall, would not return.

Visit here every year with my son for March Madness. We book a time slot in the theater and watch the games there. Staff is always very friendly and professional. Rooms are clean. Indoor pool is great.

The room was perfect for an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Clubhouse was such a plus. The pool is great. Clubhouse has a theater room, fitness room, sauna, billiards room and a room with ping pong, air hockey and futsol. Nice setting! Friendly staff.

Staff was great didn't like the studio no microwave or refrigerator.

The best place for a family, few times we’ve been there with my husband, but at this time we came with our son and grandson, they were absolutely happy with swimming pool, activities, attractions around the area, organic farm near by.

There was so much more to do than we expected and everyone was so nice and accommodating! We will definitely be returning for our next weekend getaway

Distance from the pool/fitness

Staff was great. Room is hood for 4 people only. We rented tbe roo. For 6. The couch is supposed to be the bed for other 2 people. It was very very uncomfortable. Definitely does not qualify as another bed. Room was clean. Cable tv channels available were terrible. Maybe 12 local chsnnels and thats it. Very disappointed w that. Resort facilities are very nice though. Pleasant atmosphete for sure.

The property need an upgrade. The bathrooms are from the 90s, the rooms a bit dirty. The staff was shockingly rude. The front desk lady welcomed us with such a horrible attitude that I have not seen in over 20 years and upon departure, she was the same, incredibly distrustful . Her name is Don. She acted like we bothers her and we slept for free in her house. We were looking for a place to take our kids every weekend and that is the place to run from.

I love that it's pet friendly and that it has plenty of things to do there ,like the pool, fitness center, game room and movie theater. I only wish the room tvs were bigger with more movie channels

The resort was perfect for our family. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to save money by cooking our own food. 10 minutes to big Boulder and 1 minute from a cute Cafe. Tons for our family to do including indoor and outdoor games and the pool and a nice walk to get to everything.

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The site amenities have a lot to offer families. Close proximity to both Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Our plan was to ski so didn’t explore much of the surrounding area but plan to stay here again when we come back!

Our stay was amazing, the staff was super nice, friendly and welcoming. We were able to enjoy everything as if this were our own home. I would definitely come back to stay and am recommending The Village at Poconos to my family and friends.

Great stay everything was clean

Of the 750 TV channels listed, two were viewable, Sunday morning prior to our waking, all Power was lost in the facility, meaning no lights or conveniences, no water, ( shower, toilet facilities, etc), upon checking out, our request for a partial refund due to lack of service was met with weak passivity and vague promises, no guarantees. The first restaurant available for food service was eleven miles from the facility. A nightmare.
