Very efficient and friendly front desk person at night check in. Room was great but I heard next door people and their tv was on all night. I was in First floor room 103 accessible room. Location perfect for restaurants and shopping. Breakfast area very clean and well stocked. The woman was so nice - service excellent. I felt safe here.

It was just ok. Breakfast was good the room was clean missing our shower curtain and the coffee machine was broken in the room. A lot of trouble with the elevator not working.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. I found the room to be small and the bathroom had no towel bars. We had to keep turning the air unit off and on to get it to work.

My son and I stayed 2 nights in a double room. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We didn't use the gym or the pool. We liked the breakfast, especially the waffles. The staff was very friendly. Some things I saw regarding maintenance: Cover over a direction light in the elevator was missing. While walking out of the hotel near the front desk, three steel slats were sticking up at the Inner sliding door. One exterior door didn't let me in using my key. Rm. 322 - the main door and the bathroom doors need adjusting.

We have enjoyed this hotel multiple stays. The only complaint is that the pool is super tiny, but other than that, it is very clean & comfortable.

My first solo away from home without any animals or kids, four days. First night was not bad then follow me nights you don't hear nothing but door slamming people stomping above me. Told front desk on the second night they did nothing to offer any comfort.. by the third night the doors were still slamming and then I smelt marijuana went down and told front desk all she did was come up walk the hallway and went back down. When I checked in I asked for the 4th floor they said they didn't have nothing, so they put me across the hall from housekeeping door very noisy during the day you cannot take a nap all you hear is trash cans. My last night there I was searching everywhere for ear plugs had to put towels under the door the staff was not very accommodating one particular day I asked for clean towels did not want no one going in my room so they said I had to take the sign off the door and they would bring up some towels I waited 3 hours, all I wanted to do was go to the pool. They never came so I had to go and hunt them down. Then there was one guest lady that just hung out in the lobby for about 3 days I don't think she had money for the room but they let her just hang out there?? Long story short I will never book there again thanks for nothing

The room was good for our family (my wife my two boys and me). It was located in the 4th floor. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast (included). The only issue was that the elevator some time stop working and we have to use the stairs.

The lobby and room was clean, the breakfast was the typical continental breakfast but was good, the service was friendly. The only down side to this stay...the pool is small. Overall it was a great experience.

Stayed five nights and it was good, clean, and convenient. Three nights on the top floor, I had noisy neighbors.

Everything was ok

This new very clean hotel is the best value I have seen in the gulf south. Decent economy breakfast, very clean, neat, and efficient room, for under 100$. Next to freeway and Homedepot.

There were some questionable guests at the property during our stay. Nothing the hotel could do to control/prevent.

Clean and comfortable Beds

Had an amazing time at this motel the pool was nice and warm and so comfortable. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the people were amazing.
