Had a fab time staying here..good for ppl who wants to stay away frm the noise and crowd at kuta and legian

Nothing flash about room, very basic, old bathroom and toilet. The large bath took too long to be filled up, it also had the spa jets but did not work, very disappointed about that. Mosquitos everywhere. Glad had mossie net over bed and coils provided. The aircon I think was on its last legs. Head reception lady was wonderful!! All other staff were 'ok'. Food very basic. I think we were the only English speaking people there. Owner is Korean, so many Korean guests. Was on main airport road although was far enough back that we did not hear traffic noise. Photos included are the best looking of the room.

The hotel itself and the staff I generally had no problem with. My only issue with the room was the lack of water pressure and hot water. My biggest issue is with the location. It is situated right on the extremely busy bypass which is even busier now cause they are building a new underpass. A taxi from the hotel took me at least an hour during the day and 2 hours during peak. That was after waiting 30-40 minutes for it If you want to go to legian, Kuta etc every day this is not the hotel for you as the transport issue, which is no fault of the hotel, does get frustrating day after day

This hotel is not close to Kuta Beach at all. Much less walking distance. Lots of construction work going on the road in front of it so forget going out for a walk. Got a room on the third floor and no elevator. The stafff was helpful and friendly, like all Balinese. Lots of surf oultets close by is the only plus.

generally it's good to put your head and get off morning , it's near to kuta beach and shopping center about 20 minutes walking , quality of service is not good at all the restaurant it out of building when you order somethings to eat or drink it comes after long time (meals not hot drink not cold ). there's no any romantic feeling in this hotel and no any entertainment activities also no things to make you sit down in the lobby . really it's different from the photo in the web site . furniture is old . anyway it's good for less budget .breakfast is too poor i didn't eat anything for all my days here 9 nights

We started out in a regular room which was ok but the shower temperature was terrible. We eventually upgraded to a pool villa and it was worth every penny and if we went back we would just automatically book one from the outset. It was beautiful and amazing to stay in one of those and nice not to have to share the pool. The staff were pleasant and willing to help all the time, though some of them struggle to understand English fully. All in all the hotel was lovely to stay at, it has a restaurant and an in house day spa, a billiard bar and karaoke lounge. Enjoyed our time there and would recommend to others

needs a lot of upgrading, to close to the river and a bit smelly

they have a convenient room, although the bathrooms looks poor, but definitely i will try the pool villa next time

REally bad hotel.. Definately not a 4 stars hotel! Room really old and smelly! REally far from Kuta. Internet really slow.. Room really small... NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

The Breakfastbuffet was quite okay. The Location is about 2 km from the Kuta Beach. But you can reach it in about 15-20 Min with the Taxi, so not a problem there.

Staff are nice, place is clean, but definitely not a 4 star hotel, it is close to 2.5 star. Hotel is close to airport but far from where the action is (Kuta) that is why they offer free pick-up to and from airport. Free wi-fi and has 2 pc for people to use. Breakfast is not bad but basic. Room is big and bed is good. Bathtub/shower is old and water keeps going hot and cold, no consistent temperature. Room only has cabinet for clothes to hang, no drawers to put your small things like undies/shorts. Air-con not working properly, cold on first 20 minutes and then the room becomes warm. Didn't try their restaurant for lunch or dinner due prices are exorbitant, you can get more delicious and half price eats in Kuta or in Galleria Mall which is close by. Hotel has 3 scheduled shuttle going to Kuta Beach at 9am, 1 & 5 pm drop off only. Mostly Asians especially Koreans are booked here. Hotel is on the main road but quiet. Their Hotel Spa package is very expensive, we had ours in Bali Orchid Spa which is a very nice place for half their asking price with free pick-up and drop-off from hotel.

wonderful helpful staff but I found the hotel too far from Kuta on a busy highway and a taxi needed to be called all the time and I spent on average 420-$30 a day on taxis ferrying me back and forth. The room was a little disappointing for the price,the pool was lovely,the breakfast was fine. Guests were mainly Japanese couples.Not ideal for a person traveling on their own,no one really by the pool so nowhere to mix.
