Tarra welcomed us warmly. We sat down in the check in process which I found very unique and comfortable! I checked in at Ritz-Carlton before and I was standing up! She was very knowledgeable and told us all the details we need for our stay. This experience makes me want to come back and stay longer in the future.

Main building was pretty. Most hotel rooms were detached motel 6 ish. Spas were beautiful in appearance, but a large amount of dead skin floating in hot pools. Wish they were filtered somehow. Fresh water flowed in them slowly though.

Great option to stay on site for the Hot Springs with 24 hour access included with the room. Everyone loved the hotel and hot springs.

Some of the rooms are definitely in need of an upgrade, but it seems like they are working toward that. It looked like a new building was being constructed so hopefully they will refresh older rooms next.

The staff is amazing! The facility is beautiful and relaxing. We had a great time!

Great experience. Staff from front desk to room service and staff around the hot springs are all friendly and professional. Spring tubs and the property in general are well maintained. There is some construction on new buildings but it did not disturb our visit at all. Parking is a minor issue, could not always park in front of our room but did not have to park too far away, Hope to come back and indulge in this relaxing experience again.

Great place to stay, a little pricey but worth it!

Bring a pair of flip flops for the pools , the concrete around the upper pools are in poor shape , walking bare foot is not a pleasant experience.

This was a fun day. I wish that we could’ve stayed longer! So relaxing…

Lovely as always!

We stayed just one night, soaked both on arrival and early next morning. Had a wonderful time, room was nice, check in was quick and super friendly. Also did a spa massage which was amazing and had breakfast in the cafe which was decent. Only complaint was check out was at 10am which is super early in comparison to many other resorts however I would definately stag again and look forward to the new additions.

I just can't believe they charge $50 per extra hour on the check out after all the money we spent

The room was not up to standards for the rate I was chaged for the room, I am not sure how they can justify charging $625.00 a night for the room. It was probably a $150.00 a night room at best. It was not a deluxe room by any means. It smelled like it used to be a smoking room and the room next to us had someone that was coughing all night. When we got there and heard the room next door coughing we asked if we could get another room and they said no they had nothing. At checkout we asked if they could adjust the bill for the room they said because we booked through Expedia there was nothing they could do. So in the future I will book through the hotel direct in case I am not happy with the room so they can adjust the rate, unless Expedia can make and adjustment on the charge for this unsatisfactory room. I hope you can help with this and give some sort of credit, we paid for a deluxe suite and it was not worth rate charged at all.

When we arrived the person at front desk had no idea how to check us in under expedia we had wait at least 1 hour other than that it was great.

This is an amazing place to come and experience mineral baths at their finest. The different pool temperatures and designed protocol for utilizing them was exhilarating, we did the cold plunge part 3 times. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They keep the pool area super clean.

We found it confusing upon arriving at the resort as to where to check in. Signage was not very good and with construction adjacent to the property access was hampered. Long walk from parking to front entrance with luggage.....no valet or doorman available to assist. Dinning was not available for dinners...had to drive to local restaurants.

The setting is lovely, well situated on the river. BUT, it’s way over priced for the accommodations. The rooms were outdated, more like a motel. I suppose they have a captive market so they can gouge patrons at $400 per night, $50 per hour for late check out.

The room had a tag to put on the door if needed of replacement for towels .we put it on door and no towels were changed or trash taken out like a reg hotel stay.we were told to take dirty towels to front to trade for clean ones . 1washer for the whole resort knowing the waters are dirty you would think they would have more the ice machine room was so hot and the drinks in the cantine are expensive and not very tasty it was 24 for 3 lemonades frozen that went bad right away plus additional charge for canolope by the L area food and drinks are separate charge

Good: Proximity to the soaking pools. Property well maintained. Not good: Ugly view of a construction zone outside our window. High-priced.
