Bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a large crack in the tile. For the price would stay again.

I would recommend that when you advertise your hotel as a business hotel the internet would be a lot better than it is. Hotel need to upgrade the internet and the WiFi.

There was a constant air conditioning fan noise in the room even though I turned off it. First two nights it was difficult to sleep.

The room was very dirty and there were stains all around the room. The place is run down, but the area is convenient.

Very good price ! Close to Sakae visit places. Easy to find restaurants nearby. Car park provided although extra fee required. Will consider again next time if visit Nagoya again in the future.

This is excellent hotel , it worthy! but the distance not close to train but for me is okay because A lot things you can shop or eat while you walk to hotel. Its still handy a lot local shops or restaurant still open 24 hours you never felt bored

Room 909 made me uncomfortable started from 2nd night...day after requested from the staff would like to change another room but told me the next two days is full...Can’t change for me...but well...overall is okay!!!

Started from Check-In, The staff was confused why I had a party guest of 5 (five) for one regular room. I had booked for two (2) two room for a party of 5 (five). After given them a print out copy of my book, they noticed their error. The rooms where requested to be None Smoking rooms. However we found the rooms to contain trash from the previous guest. The room stunk of cigarette smoke, Even after using a Room deodorant spray the smell never left. to make matters worse the rooms surrounding us where with smoking guest, the strong smell of cigarette would be stronger certain times during our nights stay. If you needed toiletries, You must go down stairs to the front desk to acquire them. We were never advised of the toiletries what so ever. worse part that Not even a bottle of drinking water was left in the room, Even knowing that we had a small child in our party.

It was the 3rd time visiting MyStays Hotel in Nagoya, good service and convenient location. Surely will book it again if I visit Nagoya next time.

The hotel is located an easy walk from two subway stations, not far from the Nagoya TV Tower and surrounding touristy area. Our bathroom stunk like dead fish when we were first in the room, but the fresh air machine and running water through the pipes took care of that. The furnishings are a little weary, but, we were comfortable and safe here. This room was very compact, but convenient. The breakfast buffet was extensive.

I picked this hotel because it listed parking available upon arrival there was no parking so i had to park 3 blocks away at parking structure i wpuld had chose another location if i hd been made aware rooms are tiny but its japan
