The drain system was right behind our room, which made it difficult to sleep. We had to change the room, and they accommodate us. The breakfast needs to be upscale, as some items (eg. potato widgets) were always cold and dry. However, the friendly staff and cleanliness of the place was excellent.

Unfortunately our room had a very strong smell of old stuff, the pillows were terrible as well. The location of the hotel and the staff were pretty good.

It was a nice hotel, but very over priced. Very clean, service was good. Your hotel key didnt give you acess to the pool, you had ask to access the pool everytime. This was annoying. They say they have hot breakfast, but its gross. Super thin fake like bacon, fake sausage and the eggs were gross.
Overall we were pretty happy with our stay, but for almost $300.00 per night it was a rip off.

No complaints.. the room could have been a little cleaner, found hair on bathroom floor that didn’t belong to us. Overall floors were clean, comfortable beds, clean linens, I would stay here again.

Nothing like the pictures advertised. They may have a couple updated rooms but I booked a single queen suite that I assumed was showcased on Expedia. When I arrived to the room I was greeted with a double queen sweet that hasn’t been updated since the 80s, and a tiny bathroom, with hair that wasn’t ours on the sink and in the tub. Went to the front desk and was told I was given an upgraded room at the no extra cost and that the advertised room was for disabled guests only and not available to anyone else.

Booked a last minute stay so paid a premium. Felt we substantially overpaid for what we got. Staff was friendly and helpful and they were the highlight. No towels on our room upon arrival. No perks, not even a couple free water bottles in our room. Hot tub was down for inspection. Furnishings show wear and tear. Fine for a quick stay if all you need is a spot to sleep if you’re out adventuring for the day. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Quite a bit of noise from adjacent rooms filtered into our room. Our room could use an update, the bathroom sink was damaged. Looked like someone had chopped around the drain with an axe. The breakfast area was well stocked in the morning.

Wonderful place to stay. Especially liked the East Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. Only concern is that they don’t recycle which seemed odd for a hotel so close to a National park.

It was a nice stay. We're usually concerned about smell. This one doesn't have any unpleasant smell. The room is spacious. It would be better to add a chair/sofa in the corner and a longer mirror. Breakfast was fantastic, with a big variety of food choices! 👍 The staff was so friendly, especially the gentleman working at the breakfast area who kept cleaning the food area and refilling the food.

We were told online there would be access to a hot tub, there wasn't. The breakfast was cold both mornings. The elevator felt like it was going to break. Our room had patches in the walls and part of the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. I will not be returning for another stay. Pay the extra $20/night and stay somewhere else.

Good value had everything we needed, unfortunately hot tub was down for repairs but all else was good. Decent breakfast ( some items could have been hotter,like eggs and sausage) but micro fixed that.

Pet friendly. Rooms were okay but pretty neglected maintenance-wise: tap leaking all over counter, fire safety door at stairwell not closing properly.

Disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not working due to maintainence.That is why we picked that hotel.
