Wi-Fi sucks, very slow. Not much for vegetarians but we managed. This is one hotel that actually maintains their property! Very good in that regard. staff is very accommodating. I quit writing good reviews because that jack's up the price but we had two connecting rooms at a great rate this trip.

Staff were amazing. Villa pool and setting, outdoor shower were great. Bedroom however cld be more warm and inviting with more furniture, lighting, and tv channels. Wifi and overall maintenance cld be improved. Loved that dolphin and snorkelling trips left fr the beach in front. Had a lovely stay cos we were with friends and great people.

The hotel looks really old, it was empty when we went.. We didn't really like our room (n• 209, I'm sure they had better, the entry door was hard to open and really noisy, and the view through the window was awful). If it was me I'd have given my only customers a great room to have good reviews, but it's my opinion :-). The restaurant is really really expensive (we chose the warung accros the street for dinner which was friendly and good). I'm sure it was fine 10-20 years ago, I don't know.. the staff is really polite and friendly, even if we didn't really appreciate when we left the guy at the reception asked us where we were going to and he laughed on our faces when we said 4km away from there (is it his business? Aren't we free to move where we want to ?? Are we supposed to stay in his hotel if we don't feel well there? Come on !). The best point there is the included breakfast which is really big !!! They wanted to give us their cab service (85.000r for 4km lol, we found by ourself 12.000r).

We were upgraded to a villa so that was a pleasant surprise. Staff at this hotel are very well trained and display a courteous and welcoming manner at all times. They c@nt do enough to make your stay enjoyable, only downside was that we had no water on second morning, but again they worked to get it restored ASAP.

Beautiful hotel just east of Lovina. Excellent faculties: pool, walkways, restaurant, etc. Staff was incredible, especially the manager and reception staff (Miss Ramdi) who arranged all sorts of excursions and transport in our behalf. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Bali!

Room, bathroom / furniture very dated, tired. Aircon not working very efficiently so removed duvet cover for sheet only to reveal the most disgustingly stained old duvet. Remote location nothing in the area bar OK restaurant next door. Restaurant dear for what you can pay for a meal in Bali. Beach inaccessible and uninviting. Pools nice, batting above it’s 3.5 stars.

very comfortable, accommodating staff, had a flood from all the rain and the housekeeping staff arrived and moved us quickly to the 2nd floor. Downside, internet did not work in our room and.TV was very limited. Nice location Oceanside. On a dead-end road, lots of staff. Beautiful. Even had limited vegetarian food. And Holland bakery nearby!

This location is somewhat remote which provides for rest. The disadvantage is that you always have to move yourself with a taxi. New rooms are currently being built. think it's a good move, because the current rooms are somewhat dated. Staff is very helpful and breakfast and dinner are well taken care of.

Good and bad, nice pool and area. But so long way to find stores and mini-markets from this hotel location. In our days at the hotel the internet wifi was impossible , not on enought long time for booking other hotel or use normal way.

Pool area is pretty and the restaurant is nice, but theres not really a beach here. Lovina itself is boring compared to the rest of Bali.

Restaurant is way overpriced for very ordinary meals. Large Bintang over $7.00 aus. Breakfast is a cold insect ridden mess..bad bad bad

As a family of three, this place worked really well for us. We werent charged any extra for room service so every time kiddo napped we ordered food. They were incredibly kind and understood our goal. Do to our extensive eating at their restaurant, we pretty much burned through their menu. I wish they would either change it up or have specials. Dont get me wrong, the food was really good and I never had a bad meal!

This what you need. Just book and relax. They do for you to make you fill like a queen/king. Trast me.

The staff were so friendly. The hotel has its own service for taxis, snorkelling and dolphin watching. My bed was the most comfortable thing in the world after weeks of sleeping in hostels. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and learnt my name from the moment I go to the hotel until I left

Shocked to see condition of beach & absolutely NO shops in sight

A lovely place to stay, a bit out of town but a nice place good Wifi service. Great food and helpful staff. I would stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay. Only sad thing is it is so far away. Most of the time we were the only people by the pool which was great. i would return with pleasure.
